I had an amazing dinner at The Optimist. First, their Tuna Tartare left me mesmerized. The fresh diced tuna mixed with olive oil, lemon juice, and other seasonings, served with crispy crackers, was a burst of flavors that kept me craving for more. Lastly, the Jasper Grilled Asparagus, cooked with their unique jade stone grilling technique, retained the asparagus' fresh and tender texture, which pleasantly surprised me.
In addition to the delicious food, the service at The Optimist was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and provided professional recommendations and service, enhancing the overall dining experience. The ambiance was comfortable and elegant, creating a relaxing and enjoyable dining atmosphere.
