(one of the malls in Hong Kong which i still get lost every time when i visit……) First time trying this combo of grilled eel and creamy risotto – creative and was surprisingly delicious!

This Japanese-Western fusion restaurant has recently opened a branch in ELEMENTS!! (one of the malls in Hong Kong which i still get lost every time when i visit……) First time trying this combo of grilled eel and creamy risotto – creative and was surprisingly delicious!! Love that large scoop of succulent minced toro in pink, which was really fresh and goes well with the refreshing mayo guacamole~
