Tasting menu night Thanks for all the food n wine w my dear friends The color and deco was really great. Greenish and soft lighting with a passionated service. We had a great experience indeed.

Appetiter for sharing
48m iberico ham , looked so attractive with nice marbling. The oily melted in mouth and with the balance of a bite of focaccia.
Whipped feta
The spreadable whipped feta, spread on a piece of cracker and company with a hints of sci-fi City, Pomegrate and lemon zest. Very refresh and great to serve with Sauvignon blanc.
Codfish serve with mayonnaise and deep fried pepper. Serve in very hot and the pepper which in not spicy. The cod can be decorate with a bit of Guérande seasalt which would be even tasty n crunchy.
Caviar auberge
Charcoal grilled eggplant with honey dressing & pine nuts. A bit smoky if the charcoal taste. Can be a bit more salt. Presentation is cute.
Main course
All we choose lobster risotto and lamb chop
Risotto cooked with the seafood sauce and pate Aden which is so tasty with the yummy Boston lobster.
Lamb chop with lamb shoulder
Lamb shoulder accompany with the grilled tomato as sauce which can balance the oily feel in mouth, surprise. Lamb chop which is tender and tasty. The grilled shallot which is really full of veggie natural sweet.
Didn’t try the truffle tagliolini , but look quite attractive from the next table.

Dessert
Tried all the dessert, honestly I was super full after the appetizers n mains, however we shared all the dessert. All desserts portion are big.
Tiramisu with valrhona chocolate powder,
apple Tatin with caramel sauce. apple slice is very thin, love the chantilly cream n vanilla ice cream so much.
and raspberry lava cake with sorbet.
I would prefer the the sorbet as raspberry always the best fruit with chocolate.

For this menu with many course really so full and we enjoyed so much.
