We also shared the lobster bisque with puff pastry. This dish was creamy and rich,—definitely one of the highlights of the meal.
For the main course, I opted for the Carabineros red prawn pasta. The prawns were lightly seared and served with homemade spaghetti, topped with red prawn oil, fish broth, and milk foam. It was a creative dish that was both flavorful and satisfying.
The sous vide white cod fish, which was cooked with Spanish saffron lemon cream and accompanied by sous vide root vegetables. The cod was tender and flavorful, though I found it a bit overshadowed by the other dishes.
Finally, the steak was decent but didn't quite stand out. Overall, Bochord offered a lovely dining experience with good food, and I would recommend it for a cozy night out.
