The highlight had to be the bone marrow served with richly-buttered toast, a must-have in terms of both presentation and the savory goodness delivered by this inspired combination.
Suitably satisfied, we ordered a beef fillet from the restaurant's signature steaks cuts🥩 which arrived perfectly-cooked and mouthwateringly juicy, especially when paired with a light dip of mustard.
🍝 Finishing up the meal was the pasta estofado, which didn't pull any punches with its slow-cooked beef cuts falling apart deliciously in the mouth, and an appetizing red wine sauce base.
