I am in love with all sort of hotel breakfast, no matter is buffet or a la carte menu. For me, ideally would be a breakfast set, which I have chosen a Japanese style of morning breakfast. The set comes with an orange juice, fresh fruits, miso soup, grilled salmon with Japanese rice and a pot of hot green tea. I would say this breakfast set is more of a lunch portion, it's really satisfying after completing the whole set.
