近排適逢12月喺festive season,於是決定嚟食餐靚嘅,揀咗呢間法國Fine Dining,超級有水準,食得好開心🤭餐廳環境好有氣氛,仲要望到海景,啱晒慶祝節日或者生日,勁有格調🤩我哋揀咗個tasting Menu,食得好滿足😌Seafood Trio一上碟就已經好有亮點,一個大圓球拆開三個碟,個人最鍾意個Spanish octopus carpaccio,好鮮又有口感😚Scottish King Razor Clam & King Crab超級好食,入口即溶,好有鮮味,而且配埋啲蟹肉絲非常滿足😋Italian Zucchini Flower & Iberico Ham 都好有質感啲火腿鹹香好有餘香,然後個鴨肉球都好有口感,食到啖啖嘅鴨肉絲,配埋鵝肝foam好惹味🥰Bouillabaisse超鍾意,隻蜆大大隻,超級肥美,龍蝦汁好香濃,帶出啲蜆嘅鮮味,勁想encore食多碟 ❤️French Morel & Fish Maw非常之有特色,魚鰾口感煙靭而且好有膠質,配埋Truffle,風味滿分😋Charcoal Grilled French Pigeon第一次試,覺得好特別,白鴿腿

Charcoal Grilled French Pigeon第一次試,覺得好特別,白鴿腿髀竹炭煙燻過食得出燻香味,口感十足,而且五成熟啱啱好,肉質比較滑嫩,第一次食白鴿腿好刺激☺️
Charcoal Grilled As Miyazakigyu Beef好香,油脂十足,喺口腔入邊爆發,啖啖都係滿足,牛咪超級重😊
Japanese Yuzu Mousse Cake好好食,唔會太甜,而且柚子嘅香味好突出, cake軟滑,入口即化,而且擺盤好有心思,超級靚靚🎀
我哋仲嗌咗兩杯Cocktail,great piece of turf好飲,係Gin底,而且少少青瓜嘅香味,好清新🥳
