Bad service and Racism during reservation already put me off from trying this restaurant.I called to reserve a table for 24 Dec. They said they would send me the menu and a form through email and I needed to fax them the form with details. That's ok. So I left my email. I did not receive any email the next day, So I called them. The lady double checked my email address which was correct. she said she would send me email that day and they were not yet full and told me not to rush. But I did no
I called to reserve a table for 24 Dec. They said they would send me the menu and a form through email and I needed to fax them the form with details. That's ok. So I left my email. I did not receive any email the next day, So I called them. The lady double checked my email address which was correct. she said she would send me email that day and they were not yet full and told me not to rush. But I did not receive any email at the end of the day, So I just called again that evening... the girl told me they were doing the email one by one and I just have to wait and then just hang up.... I waited 2 more days and still no email.
Then I asked my western friend to call for me. left his email address and the next day he got the email of the menu and form.
1. How long does it take to send an email? I have been waited for 4 days.
2. The western friend of mind called and he got the email the next day, if this is not racism I dont know what you call it.
I was already so poorly treated just to make a reservation, I dont know how I would be treated if I really go there.... I will never eat at this restaurant.
