I recently dined at BARBAR, and it was an unforgettable experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly captured the essence of Spain. The menu is a delightful journey through authentic Spanish cuisine. I highly recommend the tapas selection—each dish was bursting with flavor! The sizzling aioli prawns and Galician octopus on potato are perfectly seasoned, while the Madrid squid bocadillo brioche transport me straight to the Madrid market. We also tried the paella, which was rich and fragrant, a true highlight of our meal. The desserts include pear braised in sangria and BARBAR cappuccino are true delight!
The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, offering excellent recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. Their passion for the food and culture truly enhanced our dining experience.
