朋友bridal shower, 喺合和落返灣仔呢邊Dinner, 就搵咗自己最愛嘅西班牙餐廳😆全部都係朋友發辦,我淨係request我自己最愛嘅八爪魚😆😆朋友order咗我其中一個最愛西班牙小青椒食落去感覺超健康,又熱又香加啲鹽調味不得了朋友在叫左生蠔和牛他他,佢嘅生蠔係另上㗎,再喺我哋面前剪落去牛肉他他度,口感好Fresh!所以我哋都忍唔住叫多咗三隻生蠔食😆生蠔超級Fresh超級肥美,我哋冇問到佢係邊一個海域嘅生蠔,不過好滿足🫶不能不提我嘅燒八爪魚配薯仔佢真係好Fresh,燒得啱啱好,而且調味拿捏得好好,食完不斷想再食❤️大愛另外我哋都叫咗個secreto pork! 個肉超腍!! 最後呢我哋仲叫埋一個Pigeon Rice, 呢個真係好特別,兼且好好食, 同平時我哋食開嘅西班牙炒飯係唔一樣! 呢間嘢都會成為我認為香港最好食西班牙餐廳頭三位😆😆😆 繼續閱讀

I recently dined at BARBAR, and it was an unforgettable experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that perfectly captured the essence of Spain. The decor is charming, creating a cozy vibe that makes you feel right at home.The menu is a delightful journey through authentic Spanish cuisine. I highly recommend the tapas selection—each dish was bursting with flavor! The sizzling aioli prawns and Galician octopus on potato are perfectly seasoned, while the Madrid squid bocadillo brioche transport me straight to the Madrid market. We also tried the paella, which was rich and fragrant, a true highlight of our meal. The desserts include pear braised in sangria and BARBAR cappuccino are true delight! The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, offering excellent recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. Their passion for the food and culture truly enhanced our dining experience.Whether you're a fan of Spanish cuisine or just looking to try something new, BARBAR is a must-visit in Hong Kong. 這家深受歡迎的西班牙菜,朋友說最少要一至兩星期前預訂,即使是閒日去也非常熱鬧,不少人都是兩三位朋友來聚餐。前菜以外,餐牌以素食、海鮮及肉食作分類,簡單易明。牛油生菜配雞心豆蓉沙律咁味道清新;西班牙青椒及鬆軟creamy 的傳統粟米餅賣相平平無奇,卻令人吃不停口。八爪魚薯仔軟腍入味;侍應即席將生蠔剪開再鋪在牛肉他他上桌,鮮味十足!見人人都點烤牛肋肉,也點來一試,3款醬汁色彩鮮艷,牛肋肉滲出濃濃的炭燒味,質感如牛腩爽口。乳鴿西班牙飯可說是全晚驚喜,點了細份,肉質細嫩,額外加了鵝肝,香濃滋味令人回味!甜品sangria燴梨不算是我杯茶,芝士蛋糕卻是my favorite,下次可以encore! 繼續閱讀

今晚食咗位於船街嘅一間西班牙菜Barbar,總括嚟講食物質素唔錯,Tapas小食種類多,餐廳唔算大,枱放得都幾密,平日晚餐時段都幾爆場,聽朋友講需要一兩個禮拜前就要訂位,分兩個時段、限時兩個鐘,圍觀約四、五枱以上都係幾個女仕三五之己食飯傾偈,平日放工聚會既好選擇。食物都幾有水準,難怪咁旺場同要預早book,今晚揀咗一共九款食物,Tapas 就係細細碟,所以可以揀好多款式試下adón peppersTapas我會常揀既其中一個解膩小食Butter lettuce, chickpeas, almonds, romesco vinaigrette正常發揮,食下沙律菜同nuts平衡返唔同嘅肉類Spanish tortilla薯仔蛋餅入口幾軟滑唔溜,好好食,食完一舊又一舊👍🏻Galician octopus on potato "al caliu"好鍾意呢個八爪魚,煮到好腍、調味恰到好處,我一向都唔太鍾意食薯蓉類,但呢個伴碟嘅薯粒做得好好味,清碟😆Wagyu steak tartare with oyster 侍應將一隻生蠔剪開放係牛他他上面,牛他他比平時食嘅大粒,味道不錯,可惜生蠔有啲腥Charred deboned beef rib (200gr), roasted pumpkin purée, mojo rojo and mojo verde見到隔籬枱枱都叫呢個牛肋骨,朋友都想試下,就後加咗呢個菜,顧名思義塊牛烤到焦黑,但切開非常之腍,加埋三款醬汁,各有特色,值得一試Pigeon rice with foie gras呢個乳鴿西班牙飯非常好味,我哋仲加咗鵝肝,令到成個飯鮮味提升,好正,大推👍🏻Pear braised in sangría, whipped mascarpone, lime sorbet, almond浸泡左sangría既梨配上lime sorbet都幾夾Cheesecake口感軟滑,略嫌芝士味唔夠濃 繼續閱讀

牛面珠墩推介意大利飯推介 (記得要同佢講想脆啲)鵝肝迷你牛漢堡 (唔推介 絕對係搵笨嘅)印象中係$138🤣頂得兩粒嘢帶子都係好食 因為我鍾意啲帶子有啲脆脆然後佢嗰啲奄列原來好特別,因為佢係薯蓉喺入邊嘅感覺好正,因為我鍾意食薯蓉薯波波一定好食㗎啦我覺得八爪魚好食 明明佢同Pica Pica係姊妹分店,不過唔知點解依度好食啲芝士蛋糕同Pica pica一樣的 繼續閱讀
