The meat was claimed to be 100% Canadian sirloin. the patty was very beefy and flavorful, but over cooked, too dry. If they're gonna do the dried patties should have used fatter mix and make them thinner and less compacted, so the patty can soak up the melted cheese and being juicy.
The bun was a decent handmade crescent roll I guess . It was way too small for the whole sandwich, and the bottom half too thin and soft, it ended up being a mush smothered in the sauce.
The dressing seems to be just ketchup, it was OK but forgettable.

The gravy was delicious but too runny.
Cheddar Cheese was decent.
Fries were too thin and not crunchy enough, 3/4 was drowned in the runny gravy becoming stewed potatoes.

its cheap in hk for such ingredients, such location and environment.

The waitress was trying to scam us, TWICE!! she gave us a bill of 297 hkd, when we ordered only 21x. We realized the mistake and asked for correction. She sent us a corrected bill but still charged 297 at my credit card and tried to make me sign a bank note of 297 hkd. When I asked for the original bank note she was extremely uncomfortable. Eventually they paid us back in cash. But what?!
10/10 NOT going back!
