香港嚟講懷舊扒房而且做得好食嘅真係已經唔多,最近試咗不會北角一間扒房覺得一定要推薦俾大家,佢喺中環都有分店㗎🥰入到餐廳就見到雪櫃入邊擺咗好多唔同嘅牛,望落都好想食😆入座之後就見到位廚師喺火爐附近忙住烤扒,個景象好正🤩Bone Marrow with garlic herbed butter toasts呢個牛骨髓配Toast真係好特別,其他餐廳好少有得食,我哋就梗係要試吓啦🥳牛骨髓燒完會有少少油膩,但係配埋Toast食就啱啱好,牛骨髓嘅精華滲入曬麵包度,入口好香,絕對值得一試💕Ribeye 250g呢個怕扒燒得啱啱好,焦香味十足,牛肉肉質嫩滑,唔會「嚡」,配埋佢哋特製嘅醬食口味更佳🔍🤤Catch of the Day煮到咁Juice嘅魚真係好難得,食落去好多汁之餘,仲感受到海鮮嘅甜味😝魚肉下面嘅蕃茄醬汁食落酸酸甜甜,配埋魚肉一齊食層次更加昇華😎Thin Cut Fries & Classic Mashed Potato配菜就叫咗最經典嘅薯條同薯蓉,薯條炸得夠脆,而且份量足夠多,好滿足😋而薯蓉整得都夠綿密順滑,奶香味十足😜
