呢個雞湯加左番茄乾, 黑蒜, 茴香同埋鷹嘴豆, 比較香濃而偏向濃稠,

龍蝦酥皮湯個酥皮好有層次但唔油膩, 搭埋濃郁湯頭同埋仲有龍蝦肉, 可以自己落埋Brandy whipped cream整體更香滑

呢款紅木炭烤西班牙章魚, 陣陣炭烤薰香味
仲搭配伊比利香腸切片 同埋有個甜香既辣鷹嘴豆泥, 嫩甘藍葉, 整體黎講都唔錯
•Red Wood Charcoal Grilled USDA Prime
紅木炭烤牛裡肌肉都好滿足, 表面既坑紋略帶焦香, 唔會太肥膩, 大概有150g左右!! 沾上羊肚菌醬汁, 配菜係用鴨油煮過既薯仔🥔加上唔同嘅蔬菜條, 減低肉類既油膩感
