The Caesar salad was good and special. Instead of the regular Caesar dressing that is white and creamy with strong garlic flavour, the dressing for this one was different and had miso in it, which made you want to eat more. The Romaine lettuce was cut into large chunks. The thin chips of Guanciale were yummy. Usually I don’t eat fat directly, while since it’s grilled / baked and in such thin slice, I took it all in.
The lobster bisque was on the thin side, while the taste was good.
The seared salmon was nicely cooked to medium rare. I particularly liked the pop rice the chef sprinkled on top of the mashed potatoes to create the crunchiness in the midst of the smoothness.
The dry aged cab beef sirloin was a chef recommended item and was really nice. The taste and the tenderness were just right. The French fries were so good that we had to finish them all.
