These little cups were filled with a mix of crab meat, crab paste, and topped with a prawn oil jelly.
The crab flavor was rich and indulgent, and the jelly brought a unique twist. I could easily eat a few of these and be perfectly happy!

The pork knuckle was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It was served alongside pickled radish, bell pepper, baby carrots, and broccoli, which added a nice balance of textures and flavors. The pickled radish was a fantastic touch, cutting through the richness of the pork. A must-order for sure!

wow, it did not disappoint. The duck leg was slow-cooked to perfection, falling off the bone and infused with a rich curry sauce.
