令人置身於渡假海灘般的餐廳酒吧 遠眺維港醉人景色
KABOOM在主題設計上採用大量天然物料包括芬蘭木材及天然竹子以塑造外國一般的海灘餐廳,餐廳更以竹子鋪滿整個天花令人置身於國外一樣遠離煩囂。同時,KABOOM設有室外花園可以在户外空間用餐飽覽全維港景色,非常適合三五知己把酒暢談。

餐廳由酒店級名廚主理多款以東南亞為主題的Fusion菜色及小食包括豬扒炒飯配自家制東南亞醬汁、煎比目魚配紅椰汁及以東南亞手法烹調的避風堂炒蝦等。

KABOOM 亦主打其精心設計的雞尾酒, 其中以「KABOOM」為主打, 以獨特的手法演繹奶茶雞尾酒。除此之外,KABOOM亦以心情為題創作出12款獨有的雞尾酒,「Damn Pissed Off!」以份子料理方式融入雞尾酒中; 「If Not Now, When?」則以班蘭為主調創作出一款非常refreshing的雞尾酒;而 「Life Sucks, Let’s Get Drunk!」就以廣為熟識的椰子口味塑造一杯貌似椰子的雞尾酒。

星期六早上,在OpenRice訂位,準時到才知道當天只有set lunch。reception姐姐態度一般般,而且Menu字太細根本在reception位置看不清Menu的Details。於是我們坐低才開始看set Menu的內容。每位$258再加一,四個course(湯、前菜、main 及嘢飲), 全部係Standard菜式 ,特別的要再加錢。這個價錢其實同叫a le cart 差不多,但選擇少了很多…….,,最後我們也叫了set lunch, 味道不錯,賣相也很好,只是選擇沒有這麼多。中午時間看的景色跟晚上也截然不同,有另一番風味。希望日後可以開放多些種類,不只是2-3款才給客人揀。 繼續閱讀

餐廳有兩層,室內位置都望到海景,天台露天位置佈置得好靚好有氣氛,仲🉑以飽覽整個維港景色Southern Vietnamese Crab Cups一道將越南風味與蟹肉鮮香結合嘅創意料理,香脆嘅蝦片裝住香甜嘅蟹肉,口感層次豐富Thai Green Mango and Green Papaya Beef Salad牛肉食落好香口,充滿牛香,下面係酸甜嘅青芒果、青木瓜絲等,入口清爽又帶有微辣Thai Lobster Sauce Spaghetti with Canada Lobster Tail加拿大龍蝦尾鮮甜嫩滑,義大利麵軟硬適中,麵條吸滿泰式龍蝦醬,非常惹味Baked Sambal Sous Vide Black Cod Fish鱈魚經過低溫烹調,肉質細膩嫩滑,搭配濃郁嘅醬汁食,十分可口Shh, It's Gossip Girls' Time好鍾意上層濃厚嘅奶泡,飲落有啲似朱古力酒Damn Pissed Off!賣相好靚,浴缸上面🈶食用花瓣,仲有可愛嘅小鴨子,味道以酸甜為主 繼續閱讀
