之前見到一個foodie都提過呢間餐廳。啱啱見到HSBC鼎食聚 dinning city apps 做緊餐廳優惠。就選了西班牙菜。lunch set $198/each酸種包with 蒜蓉牛油前菜：炒青椒🫑青椒上面加咗少少鹽好好味但係感覺一d都不辣。我和朋友都食完一碟。冷切拼盤是由Chorizo ，Salchichon 西班牙腸和Manchego cheese 🧀Huevos Rotos是由流心蛋🍳，炸好的細薯條🍟和ham🥓煮食。薯條好脆同埋好細加入流心蛋，超級鍾意。色澤鮮明，黃色流心蛋/金色薯條/紅色煙肉🥓，我覺得好特別，非常值得一試。烤三文魚，我覺得味道尚可。但下次不會試。甜品:我最鍾意的環節西班牙churro：我見到廚師撒上黑糖，比較貼心。法式焦糖蛋白：我比較覺得蛋白比較柔軟，味道尚可I saw a foodie mention this restaurant before. Sourdough Bread with Garlic Butter
The sautéed green peppers 🫑 were topped with a little salt, which made them really tasty, but they didn’t feel spicy at all. My friend and I finished a whole plate.
Cold Cut Platter
This consisted of Chorizo, Salchichon (Spanish sausage), and Manchego cheese 🧀.Huevos Rotos
This dish included a runny egg 🍳, crispy fried shoestring potatoes 🍟, and ham 🥓. The fries were really crispy and small, which paired perfectly with the runny egg. The colors were vibrant—the yellow runny egg, golden fries, and red bacon 🥓—and I thought it was very special. Definitely worth trying!
Grilled Salmon:
I found the flavor to be just okay. I wouldn’t try it again next time.
Desserts:
My favorite part!
Spanish Churros
I noticed the chef sprinkled some brown sugar on them, which was a nice touch.
French Crème Brûlée
I thought the egg white was a bit too soft; the flavor was just okay.
