首先先上左個日式柚子沙律，酸酸甜甜好開胃🥗 前菜係炸薯波，金黃嘅外皮好酥脆，餡料口感似薯蓉，軟綿香濃🥔
We started off with a yuzu salad and crispy fried mashed potato balls.

每款都色澤鮮豔潤澤，厚切食落更肥美，細細份都足以令我大為滿足🍣
Each type of sashimi was thickly sliced and fresh.
南非鮑魚
South African Abalone
鮑魚大隻厚肉，師傅將面頭界上一格格十字嘅圖案，令口感同味道更豐富🔪 鮑魚本身嘅鹹香味已經好鮮，再配埋特製既海苔醬可以令鮮味更突出🌊 鮑魚肝煎香後比較結實，入口帶甘香😋
The texture was firm, and the umami flavours really came out when paired with their seaweed sauce.
西澳龍蝦
Australian Lobster
龍蝦已經起曬肉，份量十足啖啖肉🦞 口感爽口彈牙，仲透出陣陣牛油香氣，將龍蝦本身嘅鮮甜味吊起😙
This crunchy lobster meat cooked in a buttery sauce and drowsed in its own fat was the star of the show today.
美國牛柳
U.S. Beef Tenderloin
上碟已經切開左一口一件嘅size，油脂感非常豐富，口裡不斷徘徊濃郁嘅牛香🥩 配埋伴
碟既本地西洋菜，估唔到真係幾夾喎🤭 隔黎仲有啲炸蒜片，夾埋件牛入口可以減低油膩感🧄
It was cooked perfectly to medium, charred on the inside while maintaining a juicy and tender texture within. It went well with the fried garlic slices.
食到呢到已經飽飽地，不過都係抗拒唔到炒飯嘅香氣🍚 佢地有和牛或者櫻花蝦揀，個人梗推薦和牛，飯底炒得夠乾身之餘仲有啖啖軟熟嘅和牛，真係落足料🥹 配埋漬物同熱辣辣嘅味增湯好暖胃～
You can choose between Sakura shrimp or wagyu fried rice. It was served with a steamy miso soup.
甜品有紅豆南瓜湯同抹茶芝士蛋糕，厚實嘅紐約蛋糕配上微甘嘅抹茶慕斯好creamy🍵 飲埋個熱咖啡/茶結束完美嘅一餐🫶🏼
Dessert was red bean pumpkin soup / matcha cheesecake to end off the meal.
順帶一提，呢到都有好多飲料嘅選擇😍而今次我地試左個無酒精嘅Fruit Berry Punch，酸甜嘅莓果配上薑蘇打解膩一流🫐
We also added on a fruit berry punch mocktail which was very appetising.
