Grape is sweet, apple makes it winey. The meat and potatoes are more like comfort food. They each taste unique in its own way. The natural cheese crystallised when it cooled down.

Linguine : Sauce is fried with a wok or pan. Hot and smoky. Got a sweet and savory kick to it. Scallop is seared, the inside is not cooked which retained a natural flavour of the sea.
扁意粉:醬是有鑊氣的。有煙同燻感之餘也有甜,鮮味。帶子是煎雙面,內裡是生的,帶出天然海味。
總括:餐廳非常有氣氛,德國食物是開心食品。香腸豬手薄餅樣樣有,也有酒精,話晒都係酒吧。留下美好回憶的地方。
