The entire restaurant is inspired by ancient libraries, and is completely surrounded by wooden shelves full of literatures. The ambience was elegant yet comforting, and they even offer live performances every night!

平日嘅午市有提供三至五道菜嘅套餐任君選擇,我就揀左4道菜嘅午市套餐 ($468)🍱 當中包左前菜、湯、主菜同甜品,仲會送上可以無限添加嘅自家製酸種麵包添🍞
You can choose between 3-5 courses for lunch, and I got their 4 Course Lunch Set. We started off with a complimentary house made Spanish sourdough bread, which can be refilled!

帶有濃濃煙燻香嘅三文魚配上爽嫩嘅藍鯨吞拿魚鮮味十足🐟 加上酸甜嘅泰式酸汁同芥末啫喱令風味昇華,餘味久久不散🤤
The smoked salmon fillet and Japanese akami sashimi paired perfectly, topped with appetising thai vinegar and wasabi gel for extra flavours.

Hummus & Artichoke Bisque
用左雞湯做基底嘅濃湯鹹香十足,當中混合左番茄乾、鷹嘴豆同黑蒜嘅獨特香氣♨️ 飲落嘅口感相當濃稠,綿密又順滑🥣
The chicken broth base blended nicely with the essence of sun dried tomatoes and black garlic. It was elevated by the thick and smooth texture of mashed chickpea.

因為佢哋利用炭火直燒嘅烹飪方式,所以外層微脆帶焦香,五成熟嘅肉芯帶粉嫩色,層次感豐富🤩 呢個方式亦有助將肉汁鎖住,同時用炭香帶出誘人嘅肉味🥩 伴碟嘅法式千層焗薯軟硬適中,配以黑松露令味道無咁單一🥔
The flank steak was grilled directly with charcoal fire, creating a crispy and caramelised crust and tender centre. It came with a side of Potatoes au Gratin topped with black truffle.

今日有兩款甜品,我就揀左士多啤梨慕斯蛋糕🍰 用左新鮮士多啤梨蓉嘅慕斯酸甜開胃,配埋一片片嘅自製果凍夠曬特別,每啖都充滿夏日風味🍓
We got their strawberry mousse cake, which was made with fresh ingredients. The sweet and sour flavours coupled with the smoothness of the mousse was the perfect end to my meal.
