Chicken was very tender and moist. I would rank this among the top five in Hong Kong and probably will see this stall gaining popularity very soon. Definitely will go through the trouble to come to this spot again. But the real highlight is the 牛腩, which is seasonal. Hopefully the chef will cook the 豬手 soon…which is also seasonal
