i usually walk by this resto and see ppl queuing everyday lunchtime no matter in what weather condition. i finally find out why its so famous ~ knife peel noodlei ordered "gold sand bone knife peel noodle in soup"i was surprise why it took so long to deliver my food. almost 20mins waiting and my saliva drawback to my tummy and gastric juice starting melt down my stomach and intestines.finally boom.at first-sight u see the freshly fired golden yellow gold sand bone. incredibly crispy it was fresh

finally boom.
at first-sight u see the freshly fired golden yellow gold sand bone. incredibly crispy it was freshly made right after you order. the boss insist to keep the freshest ingredient to you and dont bother the rent, turn over rate of customers. i give him 200% respect from my deepest of my heart.
and u can see the chef peeling the noodle with a hugh doug of four holding in his arm. i think its almost 10kg weight, it keep peel off right after you order. they dont want it to ve overcooked or waited for any more second before you eat.
