喺大角咀覓食,想發掘下新嘢🤩,喺呢幾條橫街行吓望吓,見到呢間泰國🇹🇭餐廳🍽️,裝修新淨企理,顏色藍綠幾特別,連張枱都似係藍綠色嘅紙皮石,咁有趣,決定入去試吓😆$128 嘅「泰北咖喱金麵 KHAO SOY Northern Thai Coconut Curry Noodle Soup with Charcoal Grilled Chicken」:見到有兩種麵條,一種就係普通食開軟軟哋有少少煙韌嘅麵條,另外一種就係乾身少少脆嘅麵條,我咁好學梗係請教吓店員姐姐🧑🏽🦰啦,佢解釋話一種係 Egg Noodles另外一種係 Traditional Thai Noodles, 咁我估軟加煙靭嗰隻係蛋麵🤩,另外乾身脆脆哋嗰隻係泰國🇹🇭傳統麵😋,咁樣嘅組合都幾有趣🤩;呢個係「咖喱金麵」,梗係要講吓咖喱啦,咖喱汁味道濃郁有層次,加咗椰汁又香又滑,要嚟撈麵好惹味😋,我仲特登一啖裏面有蛋麵同泰國麵,一軟一脆一齊食,相當過癮🤩;雞肉🐓烤得香口軟熟😋$78 嘅「飛天炒通菜 PAK BOONG Fried Morning Glory Vegetable」:通菜新鮮爽脆,「飛天炒」落咗大量蒜蓉🧄、紅椒🌶️,又好似落咗
