同朋友嚟到大角咀食米芝蓮之一泰菜~ 試咗幾款都覺得真係啱口味😋 幾滿足呢🥢泰式煎蠔仔餅外皮脆卜卜,蠔仔大大隻得黎鮮味爆棚~ 加埋個酸甜辣醬汁,係好傳統經典嘅好味道👍 🥢炸魚露豬頸肉條豬頸肉厚切成粗條形狀,外層炸到少許香脆,再配埋魚露嘅鹹香,味道滲入肉入面,夠晒惹味🥢泰式咖喱蟹汁軟殼蟹同朋友都覺得係驚喜之作❤️ 軟殼蟹大隻又炸得啱啱好,外脆內嫩,咖喱蟹汁香濃黏口得嚟又唔會太辣,好似番咗泰國食咁🥢印度飛餅+意大利香草蒜蓉包外皮香脆,用黎沾咖喱汁就啱晒啦🥢蟹肉奄列用「厚實」嚟形容就啱晒喇。餡料份量十足!入口真係好滿足😌🥤芒果熱情果沙冰芒果嘅甜同熱情果嘅酸完美結合,解膩又開胃
