二訪出色人手即切刀削麵店👅刀削麵厚薄雖然唔夠均勻，但都ok當係食落更有層次感，仲好有咬口！湯底好鮮甜，味精唔重👍🏻 又夠大碗，食完好滿足des❣️.As the noodles are freshly sliced off the dough by a knife, they are the chewiest I have ever had! Feel like the soup doesn’t have much MSG too. Personally, I recommend the spicy beef shank option over than chilli poached chicken. 叫咗少少辣，都幾啱我口味，因為我唔太食得辣。牛展爽口，價錢都OK因為牛展一向偏貴。所以幾推介叫牛展！

呢個都係signature之一，但比較失望。雞無乜肉，同埋好似你雪咗好耐咁，唔太新鮮。亦無乜口水雞應有嘅重口味feel，可能因為我叫咗少少辣啦。🤔
