平時醬缸lunch都好旺場,基本上都要等位。而家好多人都wfh,少左好多人食lunch,所以就決定去食醬缸。不過二人限聚令下,每張枱只可以坐兩個人,所以最後都排咗一陣隊坐低基本上都冇咩點諗,就嗌咗我最愛嘅砂鍋烤牛肉湯配白飯。有次我唔小心睇錯Number,嗌咗佢下面嘅牛肋骨湯,結果好清淡,同烤牛肉湯係兩個唔同嘅味。佢嘅前菜都好吸引㗎,有泡菜,薯仔絲,同海帶,三樣都好好食,薯仔絲清甜,海帶有麻油香,最正係泡菜,佢係偏鹹香嘅泡菜,因為我麻麻地酸嘅泡菜。烤牛肉湯上枱熱辣辣,美中不足就係佢嘅湯比之前少,但味道依然好出色,烤牛肉份量唔少,而且唔係碎濕濕。個湯甜甜地,粉絲同椰菜索晒啲味,超正,食下食下,已經成個湯飲晒
