What we ordered:壽司薄餅(鰻魚)青龍卷網燒牛舌網燒味淋魚乾高體若日式麻醬豆腐沙律自家玉子燒明太子雞翼芝麻雞翼清酒煮蜆蒜香牛油栗米蒜香牛油燒帆立貝鹿兒島豚肉露筍The one that caught us by surprise was the sushi pizza. We thought it’s cold sushi on top of regular, room temperature sushi rice, but it turned out to be warm, with a hard base. The unagi was sweet and fatty. The surprised base of the pizza was done by pan-fried rice. The grilled ox tongue pieces had good texture. They were big and not that chewy. The 高體若 whole fish sashimi ($398) was fresh and sweet.

The 高體若 whole fish sashimi ($398) was fresh and sweet. It’s an off menu item and was recommended by the staff. A number of fish had been flown in from Japan the same day, with the 高體若 being one of them. It’s the first time that we tried this fish, which was good.
