來到紅磡的崇潔街, 本來想食貴緣的米線, 但它裝修到七月尾才重開, 然後選擇就只有加太賀和這家韓國餐廳, 在不想吃花之戀的情況下, 就去了這家由韓國兄弟開的, 主打韓燒的餐廳, 但午市不想太Heavy, 於是就點了些韓式家常小菜, 除了背景音樂很韓式, 很多K-Pop外, 食物質素一般, 感覺就是很Causal的港式韓國餐廳.上湯牛肋肉的上湯有如海帶湯的普通味道, 牛肋肉切粒感覺不夠大體, 肉質偏實, 牛味偏少, 反而蘿蔔夠甜也夠少渣. 水冷麵麵身偏淋, 爽度可再提升, 牛肉偏碎, 味道和口感一般, 湯頭清甜夠涼, 是炎炎夏日的好伴侶. 炸雞炸得夠脆, 但肉身偏乾; 反而海鮮煎餅蛋香皮脆, 內裡海鮮豐富, 再加上煎香了的香蔥, 賣相一般, 但是是全場最好的一道菜.Hanbros is a home feel restaurant owned by Korean brothers. The seafood pancake is the best with the flavor from seafood and spring onions that is really matched. The texture of cool noodles is too soft while the texture of deep fried chicken is too hard. Still have room of improvement if she would like to tell us she is a traditional Korean restaurant.
