湯底可以吃出使用鮮味的蜆肉淆熬製,不過可能醬油味太濃,湯底非常咸,吃後非常口渴。湯麵的叉燒肥瘦適中,而且不會太薄。溏心蛋能做到半流心,這個表現合格。至於拉麵的麵質,腍身不彈牙,比較像蕎麥麵

The soup base is prepared by simmering fresh and succulent clams, which can be tasted in the soup. However, the soy sauce flavor may be too strong, resulting in a very salty broth. This can leave one feeling very thirsty after consuming the dish. The japanese pork chop in the soup noodles is perfectly balanced in terms of fat and lean meat and is not too thin. The soft-boiled egg is cooked to a half-set consistency, which is appropriately executed. As for the noodle texture, it is firm and chewy but quite similar to soba noodles.

這款期間限定的餃子,以蟹肉作為賣點。蟹肉與豬肉的比例,若為2比3,吃得出蟹肉的鮮味,而且餃子皮也十分薄

This limited-time dumpling features crab as its primary selling point. When the ratio of crab  meat to pork is at 2:3, the freshness of the crab meat is discernible, and the dumpling skin is also very thin.

✅拉麵的湯底較清,吃後不會有膩的感覺。煎餃子也不會很油膩,符合現代健康飲食之道
The ramen soup base is relatively clear, and diners will not feel greasy after consuming it. The pan-fried dumplings are also not very oily, which conforms to the principles of modern healthy eating.

❌沒有試過日本總店的品質,但香港分店的水準,卻令人失望
While I have not sampled the quality of the Japanese flagship store, the standard of the Hong Kong branch is, unfortunately, disappointing.

❌拉麵的份量較少,男士們可能會覺得不夠飽,這個份量這個價錢來說,可算是有點貴
The ramen portion is relatively small, and men may find it insufficiently filling. Considering the portion size and price, it can be considered a bit expensive.
