香酥鴨跟薄餅 $200
Crispy Aromatic Shredded Duck
師傅首先將鴨用醬油同香料醃製,再落油鍋炸,最後先肉骨分離🍖 拆肉嗰陣會將鴨肉分成一絲絲,所以口感更柔和軟嫩😍 由於經過油炸之後可以將脂肪溶解,所以油膩感會比起普遍嘅片皮鴨大幅降低⬇️ 軟糯嘅餅皮包裹住香脆又片片溢香嘅鴨肉,加埋大蔥絲、青瓜絲同埋香甜嘅自家醬汁真係無得輸🤟🏿
The duck is first marinated then fried, and finally taken off the bone which creates thin strips and a tender texture. Wrapped in pancakes, fresh garnishes and house sauce, it was a perfect orchestra of flavours.

蝦多士配甜辣醬 $100
Butterfly Prawn Toast w sweet chilli dip
一隻大蝦俯伏喺佈滿蝦滑嘅多士上面🍤灑上黑白芝麻之後再攞去炸,下層酥脆上層Q彈,有多層次嘅口感交集😚 香濃嘅芝麻唔單止減少油膩感,仲可以襯托蝦滑嘅鮮甜味🥰
A large prawn was placed on top of a layer of shrimp mince, topped with a handful of sesames then pushed straight into the fryer. The toast was fried till it was perfectly golden and crispy, and the shrimp was bouncy and juicy.

宮保蝦球 $280
Kung SUPER-POW Prawns
宮保係川菜裡面一仲好考功夫嘅作法,因為炸完之後,外皮就算淋左醬上去都依然要保持到香脆嘅口感🤌🏼 佢地因為想配合返外國人嘅口味,甜辣醬其實一啲都唔辣🌶️ 佢地用嘅蝦幾乎有半個拳頭咁大,而且肉質爽口,炸粉厚薄適中😌
Even though they have been sitting in the sauce, the crispy outer layer still remained its condition and the shrimp was almost as big as half my fist. The sauce has been modified to adapt to foreigners, so it wasn’t spicy at all.

呢道菜係「唐人街」嘅五大名菜之一,雖然等同粵語嘅「雜菜」但烹飪做法截然不同‼️裡面有小白菜🥬 紅蘿蔔🥕 菇🍄等等,炒完之後再淋一羹芡汁,為呢到菜帶黎鹹香嘅味道👅
Chop Suey is a stir fry vegetables which includes carrots, bak choy, mushroom etc. After frying, a clear and thick gravy was incorporated into the dish, enhancing its flavour.

呢道菜其實係港式「咖喱薯仔」嘅英格蘭版🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 香甜濃郁嘅咖喱汁用左香料調味,配上脆口但唔油膩嘅粗炸薯條真係好夾😇
Chip shop curry is very popular in England due to its sweet aromas with the flavour of spices, as well as the crunchy thick cut chips that makes a great combo with the curry.

餅底用左揼碎左嘅消化餅,厚度適中而且充滿顆粒感😜 中間嘅檸檬芝士蛋糕食得出酸溜溜嘅檸檬汁,非常醒胃🤰🏻上面在加左輕盈嘅蛋白霜,讓蛋糕嘅口感更加滑順🧁
The base was made with biscuit crumbs, and the middle was a creamy and tangy lemon cheesecake, topped with a dollop of meringue which had a very light yet moist texture.

杏仁蛋糕,黑朱古力同埋咖啡奶油一層一層咁疊上去,再融合香甜嘅奶香同濃稠嘅朱古力🍫 咖啡同朱古力嘅醇香夾雜杏仁蛋糕的鬆軟,喺嘴裏面層層化開🤤
This is a layered cake composed of almond sponge, dark chocolate and coffee cream. It’s sweetness from the cream and richness from the chocolate made a very nice balance, and it had a very smooth and mellow bite.

呢本有新鮮生果嘅非酒精飲品混合左唔同嘅水果口味🍉 上面仲加左薄荷葉減少甜度,入口更有冰涼嘅感覺,啱晒夏天飲啦🧊
Fresh fruits was used, as well as various types of flavourings that contributes to the fruity notes. Mint leaves on top provided a cooling sensation, perfect for the summer.

呢杯用左伏特加,冷萃咖啡同咖啡利口酒調製嘅雞尾酒尾韻較長,酒體柔順🥂 上面放左三粒咖啡豆,意味著健康,財富同幸福🥰
This is a blend of vodka, cold brew and liquor, so the alcoholic notes were very pronounced. The three coffee beans on top symbolises health, wealth and luck.
