對菲律賓菜🇵🇭並唔熟悉雖然我去過菲律賓🇵🇭好多次公幹亦都去過旅遊同埋潛水🤣,但係因為我喺菲律賓🇵🇭公幹時工作夥伴多數帶我食西餐或者西班牙菜🤣呢間餐廳嘅菲律賓菜🇵🇭係嚟自 Province of Pampanga,我去菲律賓🇵🇭 咁多次都未去過呢個省,店員妹妹話呢個省係菲律賓🇵🇭嘅美食之鄉,咁我又學到嘢啦🤣;依家餐廳仲有啲新菜式,咁我哋當然要食吓啦🤣$118 Inihaw na Pusit:材料包括 Charcoal Grilled Baby Squid | Toyomansi Glaze | Cucumber | Shallot | Tomato | Coriander Spring Onion 😋;魷魚細細隻非常新鮮,炭燒過之後,撈埋切成小粒嘅 青瓜、蕃茄、蔥頭、香蔥、洋蔥,再撈埋菲律賓🇵🇭 特有醬汁 Toyomansi Glaze,開胃又好味😋$228 Sinuglaw:材料包括 Tuna Cured with Calamansi & Ginger | Grilled Pork Belly | Green Mango | Cherry Tomato | Shallots | Anchovy Dressing 😋;輕輕火焰過切粒嘅吞拿魚加埋炭燒過嘅豬腩肉,撈埋非常爽口切成幼條嘅菲律賓青芒果🥭,再撈埋 Anchovy Dressing,有鹹香之餘酸酸哋亦都係開胃非常好食😋$168 Sinigang Dagat:材料包括 Hamachi Jaw | Tiger Prawns | Tamarind Broth | Taro | Tomato | Okra 😋;呢個係相當有特色嘅菲律賓菜🇵🇭,我竟然從未食過😅,係一個帶酸味嘅湯,酸味嚟自 Tamarind 羅望子,又叫酸豆,加埋鰤魚、鮮蝦、蔬菜 一齊煮湯,出奇地清新好味👍$88 Buko Pandan:材料包括 Desiccated Coconut | Pandan Cream Jelly & Crumbs 😋;用椰絲造成雪糕,用斑蘭造成忌廉啫喱,再加上斑蘭做嘅脆脆哋嘅 Crumbs,成個組合出奇地美味😋 繼續閱讀

Pandan NegroniNegroni屬於重酒感系既調酒, 味道帶苦又帶甜加左淡淡既班蘭味同底味幾襯Calamansi Highball青檸味唔會好特出, 易入口既中性味道Lumpiang Shanghai菲律賓菜必食炸春卷, 點都要試試切碎既豬肉, 蝦子.紅蘿蔔,香菜同青椒做既春卷炸得好鬆脆, 加埋酸酸甜甜既汁,好開胃!Sarsiadomust try 炸鱸魚!!!菲律賓菜對於炸野真係有一套秘方!炸完既鱸魚, 魚皮脆卜卜, 肉身係又滑又好多汁伴碟既係炒大蒜、洋蔥、番茄同芹菜Grilled Tocinong Bakastaff介紹既一道新菜牛肉配烤南瓜同好juicy既番茄仔Short Plate用到牛既胸腹肉, 呢個部份油脂含量較多,肉質軟嫩因為脂肪比例高, 甚至有一刻覺得好似食緊pork belly咁!Turon Halo Halo有d似泰國既香蕉煎餅煎餅既餡係香蕉, 地瓜, macapuno(一種胚乳發育無椰水但有jelly狀既椰子品種), 大樹菠蘿上面再鋪上玉米焦糖醬覺得口味有調整成香港口味, 唔會過甜 繼續閱讀

餐廳門口已經好有格調,入到去既裝修型格得黎充滿民族色彩。好鍾意佢酒吧嘅位置,同埋好鍾意佢有幾張枱都係用原塊樹木造出嚟嘅。Inihaw na pusit ($118): 呢個前菜,係燒魷魚仔加紫洋蔥粒青瓜粒蕃茄粒同醬汁撈埋一齊。魷魚燒過好香,蔬菜粒令到菜式增添清新嘅味道。作為一個前菜非常合適。Sarsiadong apahap ($158): 香煎鱸魚拌蕃茄蓉。鱸魚表面煎得香脆,入邊保持肉汁。魚肉加蕃茄蓉嘅配搭好健康。Leeching kawali ($148): 呢個好似我哋嘅燒肉,但係佢係成條炸嘅。所以咬落更加脆口。佢有兩個醬汁附隨,一個係肝味既汁,真係有好濃好濃嘅肝味咖,好少食到呢個醬汁,鍾意香濃味嘅朋友就啱晒。另外有個醋嘅汁,酸酸地,減少油膩嘅感覺Aligue rice for 2 ($118):炒飯用咗茄汁去炒。好鍾意佢用上大量嘅蟹肉,毫不吝嗇。Turon hola-hola ($78): 呢個甜品我覺得好有特色,佢係類似春卷皮嘅皮包住香蕉蓉同埋紫薯喺入邊,再拎去炸。味道係清甜,唔會太甜,同埋感覺好健康。Pandan Guava ($88): 好重斑斕葉同埋番石榴味,第一次飲呢個飲品,好有特色又解渴House blend iced lemon tea ($48): 香濃茶味嘅檸檬茶,加上薄荷葉做裝飾,解膩之選。 繼續閱讀

Visited last Monday with my family.the Ambience was really good, the decorations are very classic, the food was great! the price is okay! the staf service is fast and very friendly. I love the isaw very much! halo halo is okay ( i wish it has an icecream, I remember there were 2 kinds of halo halo ? anyway maybe I order the one without icecream. the have this lechon kawali and the dish was cut into 2 halves , i ask the staff if they could kindly cut it into small pcs because my mom cant chew big size due to lack of teeth, the staff was very accommodating and gave in to my request, kudos to that male staff! ( sorry i did not get your name, i will definitely ask for your name when i come back.) Will come back for the isaw! and the good service. 繼續閱讀

第一次食菲律賓菜🇵🇭Lumpiang Shanghai賣相似中式春卷,每條都炸得金黃色好香脆🤩內餡有鮮蝦、豬肉碎、洋蔥及蘿蔔絲..口感同味道都好豐富👍🏻👍🏻Lechon kawalls炸五花肉配上兩個醬汁一個濃味一個無甘濃味Aligue Rice蟹肉炒飯味道獨特,頗開胃不過飯比較濕,好似爛飯甘Mango Graham Float以新鮮芒果、忌廉、腰果粒及芒果珍珠等製成佈滿花生碎同奶油,中間係凍咗嘅芒果嘅餅乾底👍🏻今次同人慶祝生日 booking remark咗,但係最後送蛋糕黎無唱生日歌,望住其他枱有🥺🥺🥺 繼續閱讀
