今晚朋友喺灣仔會展搞exhibition,完場之後約我食飯,仲帶我去呢間「盛記」。當晚爆晒場,仲要等位超級旺!🐔《 籠仔客家蒸滑雞 $148 》上送上「嘩!」我地一聲,因為真係好大盤!打開籠蓋見到聞到香噴噴好吸引!雞件多又嫩滑多汁,鋪滿梅菜十分入味,醬汁充滿雞嘅精華,撈飯一流!🍚《 白飯$14 》 🍲《 濃味海皇雜菜煲 $148 》份量好足,十分足料,有龍躉扒、西蘭花、木耳、鮮蝦、魷魚、珊瑚蚌、粉絲等,鮮味十足~🥒《 碧綠蝦子油皮 $128 》蝦子 柚皮,懷舊菜式之一,因烹調功夫多,需把柚皮不斷重覆用水浸,再出水,直至把柚皮嘅澀味去除再用蠔油炆數小時,再灑上蝦子,味道絕無柚皮嘅苦澀~ 3個餸足3-4人食飽飽~職員殷勤有禮,氛圍唔錯~

已經好多好多年沒有寫過食評,但這次真是不吐不快。一行十二人第一次在這餐廳用餐,訂了每人一隻、共十二隻豉椒炒蟶子皇,相信大家都知道正常吃新鮮蟶子是怎樣的,這餐廳的蟶子居然是碎上!切到每條只有大概一兩寸長!碎濕濕上菜的蟶子真是嘆為觀止!如果碎上的話為什麼我們要order每人一隻呢?估計這裏加起上來八隻蟶子也沒有!其他食物不過不失,老實說欖角冰排骨和脆皮芝麻雞味道還算不錯,可是這樣不老實的店家真的沒有下次了。

今天來灣仔盛記酒家吃飯,這是香港老牌酒家,每天都顧客盈門!### 荔枝汁叉烧色澤紅亮,表面閃著誘人的光澤,讓人垂涎欲滴。肉質柔軟,帶有前所未有獨特的果香,荔枝汁的甜美芬芳與叉烧的咸香完美的搭配,味道絕佳,令人驚喜!### 金牌炸子雞外皮金黃酥脆,好有光澤,咬下去,皮脆肉滑的對比讓人欲罷不能,肉質鮮嫩多汁,香氣四溢,無法抗拒這美味!### 香芒凍布旬凍布旬的口感滑嫩,與香芒的果香相得益彰,形成一種清爽的味道。每一口都帶來愉悅的甜蜜感!### 養顏紅棗糕紅棗糕柔軟而彈牙,入口細膩。不僅味道好,更富含營養,讓人倍感舒適!### 古法馬拉糕口感輕盈而不膩,淡淡的米香,微微的甜味!

Service and hospitality was good, food was excellent and served piping hot.The staff are welcoming and efficient! Full range of many choices including lots of hot pot dishes and stews. The restaurant was packed even though we arrived later at 8pm. Definitely a reminder of old HK style restaurant quality. Serving portions were large and not too salty. The oxtail in red wine sauce was rich in taste and oxtail was soft and fell off the bone. The seafood & tofu hotpot had a variety of seafood and the tofu was super soft and melted in your mouth. Book early and enjoy the amazing atmosphere, hospitality and service!! They even gave us complimentary green bean Chinese dessert.❤️

朋友在灣仔返工, 帶我黎呢間中式酒家晚飯用膳, 佢話價錢親民, 坐得舒服, 員工服務態度很好.今晚我地叫左三樣小菜:*濃湯海皇雜菜煲一黎到就係熱辣辣的, 酒家用了砂鍋可以保持溫度, 很貼心 , 還有很多材料, 包括蝦,蚌,魷魚,班腩塊, 所以湯都好濃郁鮮甜, 白菜和粉絲吸收了海鮮湯的精華, 食落特別甜*欖角冰梅角店家推介,欖角味好香, 豬骨食落酸酸甜甜, 很開胃, 送白飯真係無得頂*雲耳百合蓮藕片我就好喜歡食鮮百合, 養顏, 哈哈, 見佢呢度有, 就試下, 百合食落鮮甜, 蓮藕片炒到好爽口仲有糖水送, 不過太飽食唔落了~
