Craving some hearty Korean flavors, I dropped by Ssal Bori Ssal in TST and left completely satisfied! Here’s what stood out: Best Seafood Pancake 🤤🤤– Crispy, golden, and loaded with squid and shrimp. The dipping sauce took it to another level!!! Braised Oxtail Stew – meat in a rich, slightly sweet glaze with buttery radish. The depth of flavor was unreal—like a Korean grandma’s secret recipe🤭Fish Roe & Kimchi Rice – A party in my mouth! Creamy bursts of fish roe, spicy kimchi, and sesame-oiled rice, all mixed together for the perfect savory bite. I really cant stop myself having all of it🤤P.S.The place was packed with Korean locals—always a good sign. 👌

One of my favourite korean restaurant at the Tsim Sha Tsui “Korean Street”. Compared to other Korean restaurants, the staff of this restaurant are all foreigners. First, we were served with three appetizers, kimchi, Korean fish cake and bean sprouts. Kimchi not too sour nor spicy. We have ordered 3 items. Potato PancakeOutside of the pancake is crispy, with full potato and soft inside. It comes with a special sauce with fish sauce as base. It was a perfect appetizer, yummy~ Braised Pig Trotters & Pork BellyThe pig trotter flavorful and tender, the pork belly with balance of fat and meat, good to eat with the fresh vegetables and korean sauces. Sundae stew with rice You can add chili sauce and salt for seasoning. Sundae with nice and chewy texture. Also with many pork meat inside the soup. Taste good.

放工後找到間正宗韓國料理,裝修到恍如置身於韓國,坐下先來三個韓式小菜。不到15分鐘陸續坐滿,七點外面已經要排隊,看來我們找對餐廳😍人均:$309.純豆腐海鮮湯配白飯一碗,有魷魚,蜆,八爪魚,豆腐等等,香辣開胃,湯頭濃郁,豆腐又嫩滑,入口即化,好食!.韓式石頭飯(牛肉)滿滿一碗,有飯焦及不同菜,好豐富。.醬油蒜蓉炸雞必叫,炸得非常香脆,好香口,一口接一口,加上份量絕不吝嗇,食極好似還有。.泡菜薄餅軟綿綿口感,配上自家甜酸汁,好開胃,適合幾個人分享。.飲品Mak So Sa 店員推介,由馬格利酒,燒酒和雪碧混合而成,很容易入口,女孩子會喜歡的酒。
