今天朋友帶路去了位於尖沙咀的印度餐廳Spice Bazaar,主廚Balram Yadav曾是迪拜皇家禦廚,擁有超過30年的豐富資歷,光聽就覺得厲害!初訪時看到,午市套餐居然只要$98起,CP值爆表! Spice Bazaar的用餐環境別緻,無論是朋友聚餐還是獨自享受美食都很適合。午餐套餐選擇很多,包含開胃前菜、精選主菜、烤餅或香飯、精緻甜點以及飲品。素食套餐僅需 $98,肉食套餐也只要$108! 聽說這裡有一種慢燉6小時的羊肉料理是店內招牌,雖然我對羊肉沒有特別的偏好,但聽說入口即化,實在太吸引人了!主菜部分,Tandoori Chicken Half(烤雞,$158)和Tawa ki Macchi(鐵板魚,$168)也非常值得一試,店家堅持使用天然香料製作,不人工添加色素,吃得美味又安心。 飲品方面,Golden Mango Lassi($68)是我印度菜吃時的必點!金黃的Lassi,撒上香脆的開心果碎,用料實在,芒果香氣十足,冰涼又消暑,簡直絕配! Tandoori Chicken Half(烤雞,$158)烤得外皮微焦酥脆,雞肉卻依然鮮嫩多汁,搭配清爽的沙律和特製醬汁,色香味俱全! Tawa ki Macchi(鐵板魚,$168)香氣金黃香氣,香氣撲鼻而來,再撒上新鮮香草,讓人垂涎三尺!魚肉鮮嫩細緻,簡直是味蕾的極致享受! Garlic Butter Naan(大蒜奶油印度烤餅,$58)烤至金黃酥脆,配上一顆蒜香,外酥內軟的口感,用來搭配主菜的醬汁,非常美味! 身為甜點控,當然不能錯過 Spice Bazaar 的精緻甜品!首推 Chocolate Lava Cake(心太軟,$88),外層酥脆,內餡濃郁,絕對讓你一試愛上!外層的朱古力蛋糕口感酥脆,切開後,濃郁的朱古力醬如熔岩般傾瀉而出,搭配一球雲尼拿雪糕,冷熱交融,多層次的口感在口中綻放,幸福感爆棚! Spice Bazaar 的裝潢也充滿格調,牆上掛著色彩繽紛的藝術畫作,為用餐環境增添了一份抹亮色。餐廳內的圓形鏡子和金色裝飾相互輝映,增添了幾分奢華感,黑白圖案的地板也別具特色,每個角落都充滿巧思,讓人彷彿置身於異國宮殿。 😄

I saw this restaurant's openrice promotion and this is the first time I tried a restaurant with no reviews. Definitely love it and would want to try more.I tried the Rose Lassi and it was rich without being too syrupy or sweet.The chickenpea curry was light which matched the deep fried bread. However, you can of course add different types of curry if you want to try it with others.The truffle cheese naan was a delight on its own but I would recommend not to order it if you plan to have many curry dishes. The curry would cover the truffle flavor and it kind of waste the extra dollars for this flavored Naan.Despite all the herbs, the aroma was surpsingly fragrant without being overbearing or too spicy.Who doesn't love cheese and especially cheese with a crisp. Besdies the curry leave, I love how they added some pomegranate to it to balance out the strong flavors.Lamb shank was extremely tender and falls off the bone easily. We were quite full by then and decided to order 1 dessert which we regretted.... we should have ordered more. The hint of rose and its twist to the original Gulam Jamun was a fun dessert to have especially with its contrasting hot exterior and cold interior.The service was good though as they just opened so it is still their soft opening so there is a bit of delay, which is understandable and they explained this to us, which was very polite of them. The price was very reasonable for a restaurant at Tsim Sha Tsui and I am looking forward to my next visit

《Spice Bazaar》前杜拜皇室御廚主理,聞名用天然香料代替人造色素嚟煮Fusion印度菜 。餐廳環境舒服華麗,但食物就性價比極高!總廚 Balram Yadav 有 30+年經驗,仲做過杜拜皇室御廚4年,做過香港老字號Jashan、米芝蓮New Punjab Club、 同 Fine Dine印度菜Leela Hong Kong 副總廚,係印度菜界猛人!今次嚟嗌左:✨️Papad basket是免費嘅餐前小食,係一個籃子內盛有多款不同質地嘅脆片。並伴有一碟薄荷味醬汁 ~ Mint Chutney。係很有印度風味嘅小食。✨️洋葱甜菜沙律 Onion Beetroot Salad $68 包括有洋葱、青瓜、紅蘿蔔等,新鮮開胃。✨️菠菜奶酪 Palak Paneer $108把菠菜磨碎成菠菜蓉,並與切粒奶酪混合。菠菜本身比較靱,而家咁整法,易食易吞,仲好好味。✨️坦杜里餅 Tandoori Roti $28烤得啱啱好,香脆可口✨️鍋蝦 Kadai Jheenga主要由蕃茄、洋蔥、忌廉、燈籠椒蝦製成,味道豐富,醬汁濃郁。另外也發現有極抵午市Set,有時間會再嚟試試。📍尖沙咀 寶勒巷10号4樓

✨ 中西日泰意 日日食 食都食到厭今次揀印度菜 ! 要食就食最好既!!.💫由前杜拜皇室御廚Balram Yadav主理 Balram Yadav來頭一點都不惹少 首先做過杜拜皇室御廚4年 並且於中環米芝蓮New Punjab Club 擔任副總廚 睇呢份CV 都知不得了.✨脆餅籃PAPAD BASKET 配薄荷醬 開胃小食.✨酸辣醬自家製芝士Chutney Paneer Tikka外形方方正正 外有焦香內口感有點似豆腐香料味和芝士味很夾 兩者比重平衡得好好再加小量青檸汁及洋蔥 味道層次再一步提升 必食! .✨羊膝肉香飯Lamb Shank Biryani烤餅皮封口切開烤餅香味撲鼻而來 羊膝肉秘製配方加上6小時慢煮 肉質細嫩 沒有羊羶味,加上天然荳蔻、丁香、肉桂、番紅花等等香料調味惹味十足 飯底用上印度香米(巴斯馬蒂香米)不黏不糊 夠干身 加上羊肉油香沾滿香料飯粒啖啖精華 .✨Mango Lassi印度國民級飲品冇得試吓啦 芒果加優格加牛奶 淨係睇呢個配方就知好飲 酸酸甜甜 係鮮芒果既果甜 無死甜既糖漿感 有肉桂 Aftertaste.✨Rose LassiMango Lassi 既變奏版 飲得出有Monin 糖漿 但配合咗優格減低左甜度淡淡玫瑰花香 兩杯微酸度足以令人胃口大開.✨玫瑰露炸奶球Gulab Jamun Bomb with Vanilla Ice Cream印度特色甜品 麵粉 奶粉 印度酥油 油炸而成配合雪糕 甜度愛好者必叫 .💫呢間係印度菜中嘅高級之選 埋單亦都相當之平用平靚正去形容最貼合不過 偷睇咗佢哋個lunch Menu 價錢更加抵食98蚊左右 下次晏晝過去試吓
