呢間奶黃色門面既咖啡店相信大家都唔會陌生, 10點令去到地下果層已經滿左, 11點令都開始陸續有人入黎上二樓😙 今次一個人去又要食午餐, 所以只係飲左杯手沖, 下次黎會想試下啲Pancake😍Colombia Finca Campo Hermoso Geisha ☕️($68/$78)用左2 Way Cup去裝既咖啡有喇叭形同較窄既杯口, 前者會令咖啡香味更易擴散, 強香氣同埋令到香氣更加悠長, 而另一邊就會加強甜度同純厚度, 一隻杯可以品嘗到兩種風味😌 咖啡帶有香茅, 檸檬糖, 四川青椒, 胡椒既風味, 順滑易入口, 凍左會帶有微微既酸, 個人覺得幾特別🥰呢度就算係吧枱既位都好好坐, 而且冇限時, 所以無論係一大班人定自己一個去都可以😗

Came here with my girlfriend in the afternoon because Google reviews were good. They have a ton of coffee options which is great. We ordered Irish coffee, she got regular and I got decaf. She got her coffee quickly but then I waited over twenty minutes after she got her coffee before I got my Irish coffee, and i had to remind the bartender. so it was a strange experience. The coffee itself was quite good. My decaf Irish coffee was made with oat milk . The oat milk and coffee blended together very well for a smooth creamy drink. I really enjoyed it except for the bartender who seemed to forget my drink. The worst part is there is a 10% service charge. So in summary; they do coffee well here, but the service is a miss. Would recommend take out: while i was waiting for my coffee there were ten take out orders served . Dining in may not be as wise unless you watch the bartender and remind them about your drink.

原本想試另一間，但係好多人排隊，咁啱又見到呢間新開就試一試。叫左手打安格斯牛肉大啡菇漢堡配薯條，同埋hot latte.手打安格斯牛肉大啡菇漢堡配薯條薯條炸到硬身，好唔好食因人而異，我覺得還好。漢堡包入面嘅牛肉味道不錯，唯一唔肯定嘅係，外層好似接近煎燶，但入面比較生，可能因為個patty比較厚。 大啡菇就鮮甜可口，令漢堡包更上一層樓。Hot LatteHouse blend 咖啡豆有一定嘅質素，最特別嘅都係個咖啡杯，理論上兩邊可以飲到唔同嘅味道，不過店面其實冇解釋比我知。總括嚟講價錢小小偏高但尚算合理。

Ok, not the first time dining at Uban Coffee Roaster as I’ve tried a few times in TST. Seeing that it’s the newly opened one and didn’t know it’s another branch as new shop looks good, HOWEVER, attitude and service was terrible. Ordered 2 latte during lunch time, the guy wearing a grey woollen hat told us to wait outside just the same as the normal tsa chan teng staff who normally tells you to, no service no manners no smiling. Why are you even thinking to compete with other great cafes on Hollywood Road with such horrible manners by charging $46 for one 8 oz of coffee ??!! Will not recommend it at all, same old terrible quality of service, never spend any penny on such local cafes, not up to the standard😵💫
