見Openrice 評價不錯,唸住來試一下,慶祝太太生日。order了 Tapas cream 薯波,介紹時說要小心裡面會很熱,點知切完裡面薯蓉和cream 都是不夠熱的,就像一個普通炸薯波。水牛雞翼像是普通雞翼加了水牛醬,焗的味道完全不夠,唔香。炙燒帶子(片)配香茅醬味道只係勉強過得去,份量很少要128$預先order 的Crispy Suckling Pig,外皮是夠脆,不過內裏脂肪好多,肉質也不覺得很嫩滑。伴碟的薯蓉是plain 的,完全沒有落cream,味道很普通。 繼續閱讀

先說食物:brunch 的每一道菜都很好食。任食的前菜和主菜美味,這個要讚。員工的服務都不錯。她介紹的手工啤酒給我們,很清楚那一款什麼味道。餐廳管理很差:1.我知道餐廳開12點15.我和朋友12點05到門口。但想去廁所,給拒絕了。說未夠鐘開門。2.等到開門。安排坐在冷氣機下的座位。我們當然要順手關門。但員工說不可以,因為老闆要打開門做生意。外面又落雨又濕又焗。居然要我們坐在大門隔離?其實大門是玻璃門,關門和不關門是沒有分別。開始激氣了。3.我們沒有搬位,照坐。但坐了幾分鐘,上面冷氣滴水。我對員工說,你入面開大冷氣,又打開門熱氣又湧入去,就有倒汗水,所以滴水。我們唯有搬位坐入小小。算。不要嬲。4.我們6人會order free flow .每位加198,其中一人說不要。但員工說不可以,要6個全加或全不加。這是什麼道理??6人都很不滿。我叫員工打電話經經理,我要當面問。員工打電話給經理,叫Eugene. 他們自己一輪談話,說可以。其實我們打算refund 走人。因為在openrice 已經prepaid 了。最後,經理說可以。5.甜品網頁寫有churro. 我們就是要食才來,員工說今日冇做到。6.free flow menu 有sangria, 員工說今天冇做到。menu 還有gin tonic. 又說今沒有做。其實員工的抗壓都很好,全程沒有黑我們面。只有餐廳的經理Eugene 有問題。希望你真的可以做得更好,雖然人不在店,但你不是要好好管理?食物很好,我會再去,希望下一次有改善。 繼續閱讀

This paella is very fragrant and filled with fresh seafood. It has a generous portion without feeling greasy.酥炸魷魚圈 ($128)Calamares Fritos原本不打算點這個平平無奇的菜式,但是應得下錯了單,正當他想幫我們取消之際,我們被它的香味吸引,決定將錯就錯,果然這個決定十分正確,炸粉不太厚之餘,魷魚亦十分新鮮,炸得亦十分脆口,是配搭啤酒的最佳之選Originally, I didn't plan to order this ordinary dish, but there was a mistake with the order. Just as the waiter was about to cancel it for us, we were drawn in by its aroma and decided to go ahead with it. As expected, it turned out to be the right decision.
