We booked through openrice and enjoyed a 20percent discount for their tasting menu. I ordered their Lassi and the flavors were just right without being too sweet.The starter platter was large. The fillings stuffed the whole fuchka and their sauce was amazing when we put in inside. Besides the beetroot croqutte, they also swapped 4 of them to potato croquettes(Aloo chop) so we got to try more of their dishes.The soup was rich with vegetables and I would recommend unless you are a vegetarian to skip the vegetarian main course as the soup is quite sufficeint for veggies. Out of all the main, I loved the chicken and prawn the most. The Cashew and yoghurt sauce was a delight to have with the tender chicken.They ran out of tiger prawns but the amount of prawn inside this dish was very generous, almost like there was more no matter how much I scooped  out.The beef was tender but maybe the previous 2 sauces were a bit stronger so the curry, which was intended not to be strong, was not as prominently flavored.The veggies main had heaps of different greens inside, incluindg my favorite okra.The meal included 2 plates of rice and ruti(total 4) and my only regret was for the 4 of us, maybe only 3 set meals would be sufficient.Their kulfi was a lovely end to the dish. I appreciated how most of their dishes were not too strongly flavored and from their dessert/lassi, they seem to be adopting a healthier approach with less to no sugar. 🏺孟加拉菜你又試過未呢?有日行過中環鴨巴甸街見到有間門面裝潢怖滿南亞風味,在中環地段上可算是鶴立雞群。同特別人食特別嘢,熊妹今日就梗係帶阿妹去試新嘢啦。📌位於中環鴨巴甸街,PMQ下面少少就係,可以撘中環長扶手電梯上到最高再往右邊行就到鴨巴甸街。過十字口馬路🚧就要好小心!📌店舖小小,都有幾張二至四人枱,樓廐夠高,感覺都會好濟逼。鷹嘴豆脆菜炸茄子,$48南亞菜都好常有的炸物小食,茄子切得不厚不薄,沾上了鷹嘴豆炸粉漿落油炸,食落又唔油膩喎,經過熱力令茄子肉煮熟變淋,咬落軟綿綿,重點在店主灑上了自家製的辣粉,令淡味的茄子🍆加添了調味,味道非常過癮。雞蛋薯仔蛋餅,$68同個名一樣,就係薯仔🥔包著一顆雞蛋🥚的炸球,薯仔蓉綿綿,同雞蛋好夾,點埋中間的沙律醬,既簡單又夠大眾口味的炸物小食。香草慢煮扁豆, $68呢碗扁豆蓉湯,店長話係孟加拉菜名物,好多時孟加拉人會加片麵包就當一餐。飲落去真係充滿粒粒扁豆蓉🫘,好飽滿,好似湯飯咁,難怪可以當一餐。😂家鄉蕃茄咖喱羊肉, $158孟加拉主要都係信奉伊斯蘭教,而伊斯蘭教唔食豬肉嘅,所以主食類有齊雞、牛、羊、魚,就食特別啲的羊肉喇。南亞菜的肉類大多都係以濃味醬料烹調的肉類,加入了蕃茄味道🍅帶少少酸,而羊肉味好出但一啲都唔騷!又無肥肉位,大大啖連醬汁撈飯食一流。廚師招牌香米飯, $48廚師揀選的是日米飯,內裡加入了配料腰果及煮熟的洋蔥絲🧅,細細粒米飯幾有咬口,都係第一次食孟加拉米。土茴香子茶, $45最後,點埋飲品作總結。店長推薦呢杯土茴香子熱茶。好特別喎!味道係辣的!辣的苶真係第一次試,有少少甜味然後就好重的回甘辣味,留在口腔的after taste係好強烈的!這杯茶需要一口一口慢慢呷,好適合下午茶閒聊的時候慢慢嘆,慢慢㗳真茶的味道,孟加拉菜連飲品都咁特別!📌中環地段食肆林立,咁多款多國菜真係要夠特別先可以突圍而出。食得多中菜西餐,不妨試下南亞菜香港唯一的孟加拉菜。 繼續閱讀

佢哋啱啱開業嘅時候,我同老婆食過一次,之後念念不忘,所以尋日再去多一次。佢哋嘅菜式相比印度菜,會比較輕盈。我同老婆最鍾意食嘅係佢哋嘅羊咖喱,以及佢哋嘅蒜蓉薄餅。另外,佢哋啲蔬菜類都好好食,尋日我哋食咗個用鷹嘴豆作為炸衣嘅炸茄子,好好食。第一次去嘅時候,佢哋只得英文menu,但尋日去嘅時候佢哋已經加埋中文menu,方便本地人去睇。價錢方面,喺中環嚟講唔算太貴,兩個人食咗六樣嘢,以及一杯乳酪飲品。埋單六百幾蚊。香港做孟加拉菜嘅餐廳非常之少,呢間一定會一去再去。 繼續閱讀

今日去咗一間好得意嘅餐廳!佢喺PMQ附近,中環唯一一間食黎巴嫩菜嘅餐廳,餐廳裝修好靚🫶🏻我哋嚟食lunch! 老闆介紹我哋食咗一款好特別嘅小食,呢個係fried potato & 炸茄子,配埋特製乳酪醬~ 酸酸辣辣咁好特別! 之後,我哋仲嗌咗一份乳酪汁雞肉配雜糧飯,佢嘅雞肉都好Juicy😉而且嗰個汁係甜甜地!所以配飯超好食,啲飯上面仲要有啲腰果同埋魚仔口感十足😆我哋另外再嗌咗一份咖喱牛肉,原來個牛肉係慢煮!所以好入味,呢度嘅咖喱有一個重點就係佢唔會好油,食落去好舒服㗎 !烤餅都唔係好一樣,佢一啲都唔油膩配咖喱就好夾啦😍扁豆湯高纖維高蛋白對身體好😉終於喺度飲得返☺️Homemade mint lemonade 🥳無糖夠refresh! #hk #hkfoods #hkfoodie #hkfooddiary#hkfoodblogger#hkdessert#coffee#hkig#goodwest#hkfoodies#hkfoodporn#foodies#hkigers#hkfoodblogshare 繼續閱讀
