This restaurant has guests who got COVID-19 and visited them, they closed down the restaurant and never informed guests. I arrived there and realised that it’s closed, not even receiving any call from the restaurant. The restaurant does not comply to the government’s social distancing rule, I went there for a few times and there are clearly more customers than what they should have, 50% of its maximum capacity in the restaurant. Managers clearly doesn’t care and are very rude. Not going to visit

All main dishes were so so😕sashimi over sushi rice looks so cute😂 but I just feel like I was having another starter.... coz it basically resembled the sushi/ chef’s selection sashimi from starters🌚 I would say the grilled unagi is the best but u have to pay $150 more for that🌚 and they added too much sauce to the rice.....

Zuma, central landmark 位於中環置地廣場嘅Zuma係一間日式Fusion菜,今次係試佢哋嘅Tasting menu今日早到咗少少所以坐低飲咗杯野,係一杯raspberry passionfruit嘅cocktail,味道酸酸甜甜容易入口適合女士。講返個tasting menu,其實真係好多嘢食,開始係一個麵豉湯同埋一個芝麻醬菠菜,我覺得個麵豉湯就好普通,但係個菠菜係幾好食嘅,啖啖都有即磨芝麻嘅香味,絕對唔係街邊買一支芝麻醬,然之後有一個薄切牛肉配黑松露,我就非常之喜歡啦,牛肉嘅油脂香味配上黑松露嘅味道互相點綴,做得不錯。然後上左兩件壽司,咁佢都係即場係你面前燒,視覺效果實屬一流,而且即燒嘅壽司呢有即溶入口嘅感覺,滿足左視覺同味覺嘅享受。再上嘅就係三文魚,有別於一般即切三文魚,佢係有一條薄荷葉加上黑芝麻同埋米脆,口感呢就非常之得意,唯獨是係個醬汁過分搶味,有少少失色。過多醬汁亦都發生係生蠔上面,zuma提供嘅生蠔係非常新鮮亦都非常肥美,但係日式醬汁的而且確係太多,掩蓋左本身食物嘅鮮味。但係不得不讚嘅係本身佢提供嘅魚生係非常之新鮮。食完魚生之後佢就會有熟食部份,先係銀

食完魚生之後佢就會有熟食部份,先係銀雪魚,佢連燒汁煎然後用一塊葉去包裹着魚塊,實際上我唔係好食到有葉嘅味道,但係魚係幾好食嘅,同埋牛肉部份佢都係做得不錯,但係提一提我試咗rare同埋medium rare,建議返點medium rare因為油脂味係燒過之後會更香濃。最後就係甜品部份,佢會有一個dessert platter 真係應有盡有有蛋糕有雪糕有生果有乳酪,食得有啲飽
如果按性價比tasting menu係值得一試
講完嘢食部份就想講一講個環境,餐廳位於landmark 5-6/f,走高檔路線,入到去大部份都係外籍人士,而且地方寬敞,唔會有壓迫感,唯獨是係上菜部份太快,同埋食物本身係無wine pairing令到飲品方面就有少少無所適從,不過簡單點白酒都可以襯托海鮮,亦都可以按自己口味選擇。
人均消費: $1,500, 食唔食自己決定

服務態度好差 個個waiter & waitress以為自己係model, 個個好唔禮貌, 但其中有啲waiter & waitress嘅英文又勁難聽, 唔知佢講乜, 打電話嚟confirm booking嘅時候已經聽唔到佢哋講乜音樂超大聲, 同佢哋講可唔可以教細聲啲, 佢就當我唱歌完全ignore我食lunch點咗個燒鷄飯, 啲鷄燒到好燶, 同佢哋講返個問題, 佢哋嘅態度就係覺得係我嘅問題, 佢哋嘅煮法係咁, 佢哋要知道食咁多燒燶咗嘅食物係會致癌

Kuebiko Set Lunch ($590)麵豉湯有心思嘅地方係豆腐有燒一燒先再放落麵豉湯脆辣牛油果卷素食之選,有牛油果,芝士,青瓜,米通,而上面有少少辣醬同仿三文魚籽做點娺,口感好似軟殼蟹卷和風芝士羽衣甘藍沙律呢個我好鍾意食,差唔多次次黎都會叫,其實冇好多芝士,反而好多柚子,配上蘋果醋,感覺好清新麻香辣汁燒牛柳 以價錢黎講,牛柳肉質ok,唔會好嫩滑,但唔會鞋,而且牛柳燒得幾香,醬汁都係同一班日本燒汁差唔多,偏甜,唔辣,辣少少可能會惹味啲整體分數8/10,都係貫切日本菜特色,做得好精緻,令人食得開心,選擇多,份量都多

Im newish to Hong Kong and so this was my first visit. I was blown away by how much yummy food you get in the brunch menu. I am not a fan of the buffet so much happier with it being table service. The food kept on coming and it was really all delicious and varied. I would definitely return and think it good value for what you get.

I was craving for a nice brunch for sometime and my friend recommended Zuma. Decided to give it a try and I was delighted to see the quality of food. Although to there were plenty of hot food, I wish the sushi selection was bigger. Very limited and seafood wasn’t too fresh. Maybe some ramen would be great, too. Overall, it was a great place for expat.

Happy Friday, 朋友訂左Zuma食lunch, 它位於置地廣場的五楼和六楼,位置超級方便,我地中午12点九來到,由於一早訂在位,立即有位,整間餐廳環境裝修一流,是同朋友慢慢坐,慢慢食,慢慢吹水的好地方,它lunch set 選擇亦多.前菜,我選擇簿切柑味油甘魚刺身,油甘魚刺身超級新鮮,完全不需要額外點豉油,好鮮甜,而主菜選擇了特色刺身飯,刺身亦好新鮮精美,蕃茄超級好味,但份量比較少,女仔還夠食,男仔應該唔夠飽,而且個餐唔包任何餐飲,餐廳員工的服務都唔錯,可以一試.

Second starter was this Spicy Wagyu Tartare with Quail Egg and Sweet Potato Chips. The beef tartare was very delicious with the seasoning, as well as the quail egg. It’s very enjoyable on its own, even better when you have it with the homemade crispy sweet potato chips. If you want your tartare to be hotter, add more shichimi according to your preference.

My friend and I chose the two desserts to share, so that we got to try both. This Green Tea and Banana Cake with Coconut Ice Cream and Peanut Toffee Sauce was absolutely fantastic! We love the cake dearly. The ice cream and peanut toffee sauce added extra tastes to the cake.

This Mango and Young Coconut Custard Chawanmushi with Passion Fruit was less amazing, probably due to the runny and slimy texture of mango and passion fruit sauce… The custard was quite delicious though.

I came here recently during a weekday for lunch, where I had the option to get a lunch set.All the options are quite pricey, and they even give you some lunch options which require extra money. I got a regular two appetizer and a main set.What I tried was the grilled tuna, the maki roll, and the maki roll. All three were perfectly fine, and I liked each one of them. 「Zuma」一向是中環潮人集中地,是比較多外籍朋友光顧的日本餐廳,吃的菜式也較西化,不像傳統的日本料理。今次是我第二次來,上次是來吃 Saturday Brunch。今晚由 A 先生約局,來個男子組聚會,真係可以唱 Kelly 首「着住皮鞋踢到兩米高」,chill 一吓。對比上次今次內部裝修改動了,更 stylish 和有型格。我們先在6樓 Happy Hour,這層也會提供座位和輕食:行落去 Zuma 經典的燈光旋轉樓梯,5樓就是吃飯的主要樓層:餐廳主要是開放式廚房,設有 Chef Table;這天我們就挑了坐圓枱,比較方便傾計和互相分享食物。前菜「海鹽枝豆」$70頭盤來個送酒小吃,「炸香辣魷魚」$130,吃前灑上青檸汁,胃口已開:襯海鮮,白酒吧!「Domaine Pierre-Yves Colin Morey Bourgogne Aligote 2015」$850 / bottle,味道很清酸輕盈:「三文魚及吞拿魚他他配魚子醬」$290,以亮麗賣相出場:可以將魚蓉塗在米餅上,或像我一樣放在炸蓮藕片上一同吃,都合襯:松露季節將近來到尾聲,趕緊吃個「火灸薄切和牛配松露汁」$720肉質完

While waiting my friends in Central, I decided to grab a drink because it’s happy Friday. I explored this bar as I heard that their cocktails are quite good. When I went there, it was around 6pm and it was already super crowded. I can only find a place near the bar table to stand. Then, I ordered a cocktail which was made by a Japanese whisky. I found this quite nice and fresh. I like their ice as they are in orange-red colour. I did enjoy their cocktail but it was a bit loud and crowded.

落班與好友相約一齊食日本菜,朋友帶咗我過來zuma,適合兩個人敘舊傾下計,選擇咗沙律和刺身作為前菜,沙律就無咩特別,味道無咩驚喜,刺身味道鮮甜,然後嗌咗和牛和一份燒春雞,燒春雞肉質唔會太乾,裡面肉質好嫩滑的,口感同味道都唔錯,和牛唔係好熟所以肉質嫩易入口,最後個甜品拼盤都非常有驚喜,味道唔錯。
