成間店只係做一款全牛嘅Tasting Menu (除甜品之外)想食Fine Dining又想滿足食牛嘅慾望一定係呢到!就連 book 枱嗰時收到嘅 confirmation message 都勁有心機做到成個機密文件咁🤫每晚只係招待 5 組客人,可以放心唔會趕你走,唔會見到熟人(偷情都唔會比人知??🤣)以二戰時期丘吉爾的辦公室為餐廳主題,體驗一晚丘吉爾的生活想追求 full experience 可以加埋 Wine Pairing 試邱吉爾每朝都會當水飲嘅Whisky Soda 同埋生平開超過42,000枝,佢至愛嘅 Champagne🍾不過我更加鍾意配鹿兒島A5和牛嘅波爾多紅酒 單寧唔會太強,少少皮革味,飲落soft 同 supple 多啲◞手工玻璃麵包配自家製牛油🍞🧈一開始無限 refill嘅crystal bread 好薄又鬆脆!自家製牛油用日本A5和牛脂肪嚟整即使搽到成塊包都係牛油,食落口都唔覺得油膩~◞雪茄生牛肉他他你以為喺雪茄? 原來係 Beef Tartarte~摸上手都唔會好油,外層用炸春卷皮包住USDA prime 牛肩他他仲有椰絲去製造煙絲效果,配埋個醬汁好開胃◞黃金蠔牛批切唔開添🤣🤣 因為酥皮下面真係包住成個岩手縣原隻殼蠔,仲釀咗啲牛肉落去!都幾唔錯◞牛肉佐花椰菜慕斯同印度嘅Pani Puri類似,不過個餡係牛肉粒+咖喱+沙茶醬,味道就淡左啲啲同埋要快啲食🤣 因為啲汁好快就搞到個 puri 塌咗◞花雕牛肉清湯Fine dine 少見嘅清湯,要清清個味蕾~湯頭跟足法式做法,再加埋鮑魚粒、白菌、杞子、紅棗同慢煮12小時牛肩又中又法式聽落好搞笑但好好飲!◞廚師發辦主食二重奏—— 和牛漢堡,食落勁 juicy 配埋松露醬一啖咬落去超滿足 ٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و配菜喺好香口嘅薯仔絲—— 和牛板腱建議+$90升級A5鹿兒島和牛~前者啖啖肉味,軟中帶爽,切出嚟顏色粉嫩好靚後者細細舊入口即化,齒頰留香Side Dish 係炸蔬菜薯波配紅酒燴啤梨同牛肉汁◞頂級M9+和牛煲仔飯以後見到煲仔飯都會諗起呢間餐廳!全晚最印象深刻嘅菜式!竟然係 Fine Dine 食到 15min 即煮煲仔飯!個人覺得唔洗額外加牛肝菌已經好滿足~~~~用咗全澳洲得 5%、每日食2kg朱古力大嘅M9+全血和牛Mayura (牛比我食得更好...)仲落咗鵝油去啲飯到,每粒米飯索飽曬油香仲有勁多卜卜脆嘅飯焦好正!開心~~◞蕃紅花雞蛋甜品原來蕃紅花可以做甜品?個味道係幾特別的但我都係鍾意底層嘅香芒雪葩多啲hahaha🥭打碎低卡糖整嘅雞蛋殼,再配菠蘿焦糖粒同椰漿忌廉旁邊個醬汁仲有啲杞子(?)菊花(?) 嘅味道添!整體食落幾清新~✨◞8道菜全牛宴嘅 fine dining 用歷史人物做 storytelling 去呈現成餐飯唔知你又會不會想試呢?◞⚘ 8-courses Tasting Menu $780/pp⚘ Churchill’s Routine Wine Pairing +$399/pp⸝ Whisky, top with Soda⸝ NV Pol Roger Brut Reserve, Champagne⸝ 2015 Chevalier de Lascombes, Red (2nd label of Ch. The best service I have ever had.The atmosphere is so cool, with the agents styled in a World War II theme. I chose this place for my partner's birthday, and he loves it. The food is extremely reasonable—$798 for an 8-course high-quality meal. Plus, there was no charge for bringing in a birthday cake.The staff is super nice; out of respect, they ask if you prefer to have the explanation in English or Chinese. I've never had this option in Hong Kong, even in high-class restaurants. This is very respectful. Also, the staff member “Yin” assisted us in changing the food due to my partner's allergies.
