Pic 1️⃣: 𝑻𝒂𝒈𝒍𝒊𝒐𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒊 - Seared Hokkaido Scallops, Leeks, Spicy Shellfish Sauce
— Absolutely loved this! The pasta was simply cooked to perfection, al dente with just the right amount of chew to it. Scallops were also very well executed, pan seared perfectly, leaving the meat very tender and juicy. The spicy shellfish sauce was really addicting and the thin texture of the pasta really soaked up all the goodness of it. The sauce had a rich blend of shellfish flavours and insanely flavourful. Though personally the sauce was quite sweet for me, and I would’ve preferred a more rich, savoury sauce.


Pic 2️⃣: 𝑻𝒂𝒈𝒍𝒊𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒆 - 36-hour three cuts beef ragout
— Another outstanding pasta dish. I enjoyed the thickness and texture of this pasta a bit more too!The beef ragout was full of flavour and a truly comforting and filling meal to have. The cherry tomatoes also added a nice touch of acidity to the dish which cut through the heaviness of the beef ragout and made the dish even more appetising.


Pic 3️⃣: 𝑪𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒎𝒚 𝑩𝒖𝒓𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒂 - Melon, confit tomato, hazelnut, basil
— Really nicely plated but also thought it covered up the star of the show which was the burrata 😂 Other than that, the burrata was creamy, light and had a delicate taste to it. It went well with the sweetness of the melon and also the acidity from the confit tomatoes. My favourite touch was the addition of hazelnuts which complemented the burrata really well and added a nice aroma and crunch to this appetiser.


Pic 4️⃣: 𝑽𝒆𝒈𝒆𝒕𝒂𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝑺𝒐𝒖𝒑 - Chef Roland Schuler’s signature
— A very hearty bowl of soup that was full of vegetable goodness! A bit too strong on the celery for me but otherwise quite nice!


Pic 5️⃣: 𝑪𝒍𝒂𝒔𝒔𝒊𝒄 𝑻𝒊𝒓𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒖 - $90 hkd
— One of the best tiramisu’s I’ve had recently! The mascarpone was super light and creamy, nicely sweetened too. The ladyfingers were soaked in a delicious coffee and liqueur mixture which wasn’t overly strong and easy on the palate. Loved that this was served super cold too!



📍Ambiance: Simple yet elegant decor, staff are friendly and professional. But the restaurant is sooo cold 😅
⭐️Would visit again?: Yes, for sure!

Beef Carpaccio $280
Made with Scottana sirloin and extra virgin olive oil, the carpaccio tasted fresh and smooth. Simple yet elegant appetizer.

Fresh Tagliatelle $280
Tagliatelle with 36-hour three cuts beef ragout. Super tender beef. The stew was concentrated too. Well-flavored and the texture of pasta was perfect.

Food-wise we were pretty satisfied. However my friend was upset about the service especially they served the wrong dish to her. We ordered a bottle of champagne but the team was not prompt enough to refill our empty glasses, even we didn't drink fast😅no one bothered to refill the water glasses until we asked. More training should be given to the service staff.

Weekend in Central, walking into a glass door, first thing came to me was a tempting coffee scent.Dim light arches, enormous blue glassware chandelier, magnificent decor made me feel like dining out of town.We ordered three appetizers, two mains, two side, one dessert & a coffee, pretty more then enough.Highlight of the night was the veal tendons carpaccio, broccoli with hazelnut, red prawn linguini & decaf black coffee.

The staff are very nice except one lady with blonde hair. When my husband ordered the free flow wine, she told us that it can’t be shared, and emphasized no sharing. I really felt shocked and felt being discriminated. I’ve visited many restaurants before and never been reminded under same situation. It’s really unforgettable!!! This was my first visit and also the last visit .

其實黎次已經係第二次食,事關上次食過唔係太impressive 一路冇post🙈 今次一次過介紹曬食過嘅嘢啦😂🙈 我兩次去都係食佢嘅2 courses pasta set,唔夠半年佢就已經由$368加價到$488🙈 第一次去嘅感覺就係用餐時間短,服務態度麻麻地,食物質素中規中矩… 因為友人生日話想試黎間!咁我再比多次機會佢😂 今次再去所有野都係有改善嘅,唯獨係我都仲係覺得用餐時間好短🥲 我比咁嘅價錢去食野真係唔會想食得咁趕… 會想同友人傾下計慢慢食😵‍💫

個人係好鍾意gnocchi 嘅🙈 兩次去都有order 佢😂 佢地個樣好似蟲蟲真係好攪笑🐛 佢嘅basil pesto sauce 幾好食,清清地,但係我覺得佢個gnocchi 口感唔夠煙韌🤔

佢個apple tart 幾好食,雖然有d 薄,但係入面都幾多蘋果,面頭有好多杏仁片,口感豐富!我好鍾意佢有cinnamon 嘅香味😍

佢個龍蝦意粉超級好味 佢個龍蝦肉超彈牙 而且肉質好好 之後佢個蟹鉗仲煎香左添 所以食落好香口🦞之後佢個醬都吸曬所有精華 配埋個意粉有咬口得黎超級掛汁😋😋之後佢個duck leg confit都好香鴨味 而且油脂好好 不過佢個fettuccine就係比較薄身既 所以食落無咩口感 我自己一般🤭

This place was so good! I had beef carpaccio as starter, so refreshing and tasty. 🥩 Slow-cooked wagyu beef cheek was my main. It might not look good, but I ensure you, it’s tender and delicious! So so good! I will definitely visit this place again! I also liked how they served the apple tart 🍎 ice-cream was served in a separate container, so it wouldn’t melt too fast and mess up the tart. 😉 I liked the tart a lot coz it’s covered in almond slices. My friend said it’s still good but maybe too muc
