Every time I pay good attention to restaurants serving nice warm bread as a start. This time I pay a little more attention to the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Good quality extra virgin olive oil just tastes different. Coupled with the thick sweet balsamic vinegar is great combination. everything good but the service was so bad. very disappointed with all the waiters & waitress. not well trained, no one serve at all and I have to ask themselves for some black pepper for our soup! as the waiter just put it down on the table and left without a word . omgI thought Palco is a fine dinning, at lease they charge a fine dinning price, unfortunately with poor service. All their staffs was like don't know what they need to do, what we call "day dreaming"! foods were nice luckily

Afternoon tea affair at Palco. For just $328 per person you get a warm starters, then a three tiered cake stand with savouries, sweets and scones. You also get a scool of gelota and sorbet and of course, a pot of your own tea.We got a lobster and avocado spread to go with mini croissants and a shot of melon juice. Scones were small but crumbly the way I like it. We got a lemon sorbet in a lemon shell and a truffle gelato that was really intense. Would probably head to pano for tea though

𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗼𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗮 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿 🌊⠀Heard many good things about the afternoon tea at Palco Ristorante , managed to secure a booking ~2mos in advance 👏🏻 really can’t ask for a 𝘣𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 𝘷𝘪𝘦𝘸 𝘰𝘧 𝘛𝘚𝘛 𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘳 ☁️ (can add a remark for 𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙤𝙬-𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙨!!) ; afternoon teas tend to get a bad rep for mediocre food quality but this def isn’t the case, 𝙗𝙤𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙩𝙨 & 𝙨𝙖𝙫𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙚 imo🤤think this is (so far) my fav afternoon tea set🤍⠀𝘈𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘰𝘰𝘯 𝘵𝘦𝘢 𝘴𝘦𝘵𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺 & 𝗝𝗮𝗺 - really liked

無懼8號風球的威力下，走了去尖沙咀海運大廈一間人氣餐廳，望住無敵海景，跟友人享受了一個下午茶，有美食，有美景，那怕風雨！茶款有多種選擇，名牌系列。有三層架，另外一碟牛角包，龍蝦配牛油果。牛角包不太鬆脆，中規中矩。但龍蝦牛油果就好好味，龍蝦好鮮甜，跟牛油果絕配。最底層有兩款不同鬆餅，原味和提子味。中層我最喜歡那個馬卡龍配鵝肝醬，最初認為又鹹又甜好古怪，點知咁夾，鵝肝醬可中和馬卡龍的甜膩，入口融為一體。最上層所有甜點，做到不會太甜，恰到好處。Tiramisu 特別有酒香，喜歡！食到中途，侍應送來雪皅，酸酸的味道，可清清喉。還有松露雪糕，松露味慢慢散發出來，有意外驚喜！

簡左間靚餐廳同朋友食生日飯環境清新優雅，餐廳採用坐地玻璃望海，開陽景緻加上嗰日陽光普照，整體環境嘅感覺舒服怡人叫左兩個lunch set2 course$328, 3 course $398Soup of the day: 蘑菇湯非常濃稠香滑，加左個炸粉球做裝飾，令成個湯嘅感覺高級左。clams with seafood sauce 海鮮湯煮蜆 本身冇諗過配兩塊蒜蓉包以為只係凍蜆肉，點知佢係配一個濃郁海鮮味嘅湯汁，配埋麵包恰到好處。另外加咗$68叫左個18個月巴馬火腿蜜瓜，味道一般。哈密瓜唔算甜，火腿普通質素，唔推介叫呢個。Charcoal grilled squid and cherry tomato salad 炭燒魷魚車厘茄沙律沙律酸酸甜甜幾開胃，魷魚爽口彈牙，不失為一道清新嘅開胃菜。slow cooked star snapper with dill herbs fish mousse in saffron foam 慢煮星鯛魚魚肉用咗牛油香煎，肉質嫩滑，蘿蔔煮得入味。不過成個菜偏油膩，食完有少少濟。Spaghetti with Hokkaido Scallops in car

呢晚黎左海港城palco享受一餐浪漫晚餐第一次黎到呢度，個海景真係屈機～望住個海景食西餐真係特別chill首先店員會放低意式麵包，配甜牛油及黑醋橄欖油 黑醋帶點提子香甜，唔會覺得過酸！因第一次來店員都非常細心為我地介紹餐廳signature食物！我地就選了一個risotto 同一份rib eyestruffle Risotto 煮到軟硬度剛好，粒粒分明，菇菌味香濃！Rib eyes order左5成熟，色澤粉嫩。扒肉質軟稔牛味濃，非常juicy!最後友人準備左小驚喜Tiramisu 餐廳甜品價格唔貴，擺盤幾精美Tiramisu 酒味唔會過濃，入口香滑，還有幾粒咖啡味啫喱～人均消費$600-700左右！
