早前去了palco ristorante 食lunch，confirm booking 後需要deposit，真巴閉🙈餐廳裝修開揚，全餐廳都是落地玻璃，維港靚景一覽無遺，感覺十分舒適，而餐具頗有有特色🤍🤍🌊Set lunch 3course$398risotto with pacific red prawn (+$88)紅蝦龍蝦汁意大利飯，好富龍蝦味，值得一試Spaghetti with Mussels in White Onion Cream Sauce 青口是普通青口，白汁加入芝士，口感有綿滑的感覺，而意大利粉不硬也不太軟身，有在意大利餐廳食意粉的感覺，很有水準🍝👍🏻18 month parma ham (+$68)甜度及水份一般，味道正常Hamachi Carpaccio with Pickle Fennel & Horseradish Cream (+$68)擺盤好靚，魚肉新鮮好味，配料仔細，不錯Clams with Seafood Sauce 蜆肉十分鮮甜飽滿，香草海鮮蕃茄汁非常惹味，用麵包沾上濃濃的海鮮湯，味道非常配襯🙌🏻

又係朋友生日系列呢一年各大商場都做promotion 所以都有用優惠卷 你間餐廳朋友無論係晏晝夜晚飯食過都話質素幾好所以今日就嚟試吓下午茶見餐廳有露天座位 風景好靚好舒服 但係唔開放😢同埋可能太遲book位啦所以冇窗口位食物方面鹹點甜點都好食 尤其是係個龍蝦最後仲有兩個雪糕仔 一個係黑松露雪糕 一個係檸檬雪糕原本以為都唔夠飽 不過食完都幾滯 朋友都食唔曬！ 最後加埋一 減埋因為卷都係$500鬆啲 如果早少少打去book位可以坐到窗邊 呢一餐既cp值就好高!

Fantastic good food with famous Hong Kong harbor night view. The steak was the best which I've never had before. When the waiter introduced the food to us. Speaking too fast without any emotion. Just like a robot. haahaa... The service needs to improve. It's pricey too. But worth trying. What's a wonderful dining experience.

海港城券沒用完，當然要揾一家半價餐廳去試試啦，今次揀咗Palco Ristorante。入座冇喺好耐，三層架已經送左上來，喺好靚。最上面喺甜點，有泡芙，提拉米蘇，芒果撻同一件茶味三明治。提拉米蘇好味，不過氣泡好多，一杯食幾啖已經冇左。泡芙同芒果撻唔錯，唔算甜，生果好新鮮。中層喺鹹點，有三文魚撻，蟹肉脆脆，海膽撻同鵝肝馬卡龍。咸點質素好高，估唔到有蟹肉，海膽同鵝肝可以食。最下麵喺兩件司康，搭配牛油果龍蝦，蜜瓜湯同牛角包，食到一半，仲上左檸檬雪葩同黑松露雪糕。司康普通質素，不過果醬同cream好好味，同啲司康好夾。牛油果龍蝦好味，煮得惹味，可惜分量唔算多。最驚喜啲喺黑松露雪糕，黑松露就食得多，黑松露雪糕喺第一次食，估唔到黑松露同雪糕好夾，奶味好重，好好味。食物質素算好高，但喺服務就麻麻地，啱啱坐低沒夠一分鐘，menu都沒睇完，侍應已經送左一盤茶包送上來比我地揀，介紹完咖啡茶同果汁完，已經企喺隔離等左order，order完即刻收左menu，所以具體menu寫左咩，我都唔知。 之後我仲見到侍應收左其他台啲雪葩杯，丟左裡面啲檸檬，就即刻擺在吧台上面，吧台啲侍應會用吧臺上的雪葩杯，擺落新的檸檬雪

咁啱我同男朋友都平日放假，當然要去平時weekend難訂枱的餐廳。咁啱喺海港城行街，就揀左palco 食中午。我地點左3course menuStarter: Clams with seafood sauce ，個汁唔錯Starter: salad with charcoal grilled squids, 幾開胃Mains: Spaghetti with Hokkaido scallops, 意粉沾了點海鮮汁，帶子頗鮮甜，味道不錯。甜品一般整體來說，水準一般，不過不失。同食物質素比，維港景先係餐廳的賣點。

Palco 次次都唔會令人失望，好鍾意食佢既牛角包加甜牛油。今次都係食tasting menu，每一道菜都令我覺得好滿足，食物層次好豐富。龍蝦湯好濃，個聖子配泡沫醬汁非常鮮甜爽口，然後就係我最鍾意既麻辣蜆肉意粉，今次叫咗重麻辣，真係比之前嗰味勁好多，仲配埋個貝一齊食，又係超鮮甜勁鍾意。main 我揀咗魚，都係煮得好好，非常juicy and soft texture 配堆底下面啲海鮮一齊食，勁口感豐富，正呀。朋友就order 左豬扒，我覺得魚好食啲。最後個甜品都好出色，可以平衡返前面食既食物。

午市值得一試，食材及份量並不太輕型，我是超級大吃型都剛夠飽，讚。食材配搭和製作方式特別，例如個salad配了4塊燒了焦糖的芝士，口感獨特。main course pork chop係十分tender有肉味又十分yummy, 驚喜之選。紅蝦risotto 好rich也值得一試。整個午餐食物和服務都ok, 我朋友一周後去吃，都話食物正，但服務生水準好差，吃得好激氣，這方面餐廳真的要揾d有經驗和有heart的服務生。

環境一流，食物質素唔錯，份量也剛剛好。但係咁嘅價錢，對服務有d期望係正常吧。但可惜除咗門口靚靚姐姐係好d之外，入面的侍應，特別係男侍應，服務真係好一般，招呼冇表情，問你飲咩茶，但又唔介紹一下有咩茶，只放下個木盒，等個客自動波揀茶🙄。好喇，食物上枱，用喉嚨定的聲線叫我哋飲咗個凍湯先，其他什麼也沒有解說，可能我們個樣似是常客，一定識得這是什麼東西啩😝。之後全程都冇理過我地，當然我們也沒有理他，只在瘋狂打卡！🤣🤣 臨走叫佢攞個食物盒，攞咗5分鐘都未到，即係想我唔好pack啦😝，唯有出去露台再影日落！🤪🤪如果你唔介意冇乜服務，呢度真係唔錯㗎！😝😝
