Palco's Celebration menu features their signature dishes from different years.The bread was a great start and we had to control ourselves not to have a 3rd refill.The amuse bouche were beautifully with my favorite being the salmon inside the kumquat jelly. The citrus flavors were a great match with the salmon.The appetizer combined my favorite sea urchin with prawn tartar with its flavors popping up even more with the tomato.Despite the soup would be added, they had beautifully plate the scallop and every spoonful of soup was filled with the tartar.The strong flavors of the caviar matched with razor clams, which were cooked just right into a springy texture.The pasta was just al dente and the truffle aroma was not overpowering.Sorbet came to refresh our palette.We shared our mains and both were delicious. The wagyu beef is tender and red wine sauce further enahcned its flavors. The cod fillet was still succulent despite being baked inside the puff pastry. From a price point of view, I would choose the fillet as the price is lower yet its equally delicious.Pina Colada was separated all the elements of the drink and plated into a visually and flavor stunning dessert .

🌊✨ We celebrated 6 beautiful years together at Palco , where the stunning views of Victoria Harbour were as breathtaking as the moments we’ve shared. 💖 From the moment we walked in, the 270-degree ocean view completely captivated us.We indulged in a spectacular tasting menu that was a true feast for the senses. Our evening began with a delightful amuse bouche, featuring a trio of exquisite bites: the fresh Cherry Tomato Burrata Cheese, the rich French Smoked Eel Tuna on Toast, and the crunchy Organic Beetroot Aged Balsamico Vinegar Crisps—all beautifully presented together.Next, we savored the Green Apple Scallop with Sea Urchin in Dill Guacamole, a refreshing surprise that danced on our taste buds. The warm Baby Blue Mussel Bisque enveloped us in comfort, while the Applewood Smoked Roasted Storm Clam Royale, topped with Salmon Roe and Garlic Foam, was simply divine!The Fusilli Col Buco, adorned with Caramelized Red Onion and Black Truffle, was rich and savory, making every bite unforgettable. To cleanse our palates, we enjoyed a refreshing Ruby Red Grapefruit Sorbet that invigorated our senses.For the main course, we each chose a different dish. I enjoyed the luxurious Slow-Cooked Lobster with Butternut Squash Puree, which was a perfect blend of flavors. Meanwhile, Joyce savored the Puff Pastry Baked Wagyu Beef Tenderloin with Red Wine Sauce, a rich and decadent delight that melted in the mouth.. 今日同朋友慶祝生日特登book咗呢間海景下午茶朋友都覺得環境好靚先來前菜係帶子同龍蝦湯帶子好厚肉龍蝦湯好濃郁蝦味三層afternoon tea set 下層係scone 雖然比起其他酒店下午茶牛油味冇咁濃郁但係都好鬆脆 好味中間層有鵝肝macaroon 呢個幾驚喜幾好食冇諗過咁夾仲有三文魚三文治、咖喱撻等味道都好唔錯最頂層有芒果撻、抹茶奶凍、泡芙整體啲甜品都幾好食又唔會太甜呢間餐廳朋友都覺得好滿意又可以打卡影海景又可以食high tea絕對係閨蜜慶生好地方

由用餐體驗 到 食物質素, Palco keep到, 坐得舒服又有view今次第3次黎, 之前都試過tea set 同 dinner, 絕對唔會令人失望, 今次亦然今次tea set, 咸食最愛龍蝦湯 + 帶子薄片, presentation👍🏽 鮮甜👍🏽甜食偏好tiramisu puff, 咖啡味夠香滑但又唔算太油膩 （玻璃肚, 太油太cream會肚痛）另一抵讚嘅係, 員工服務態度好好, keep住refill暖水, 又會主動幫我地落簾唔會曬死😆
