星期日去ifc看電影,行過大名鼎鼎的Robuchon見有位於是決定邊嘆下午茶邊等電影放映。店舖位於商場角落,人流相對沒那麼多,還算安靜,不時會見到慕名而來的食客。店舖裝修是Robuchon一貫的紅與黑的搭配,我個人不是那麼喜歡。點了一份afternoon tea set for two. 十幾件糕點配兩份綠茶,同時奉上Homemade Strawberry Jam和Devonshire clotted Cream。食物味道一般,只有macaron較好食,比起L那家更煙韌。食咗2﹣3件之後便覺得膩,好彩有Strawberry Jam才食曬所有。服務態度很好,招手即來,店員也很熱情。埋單總共$380+10%。個人覺得不值,試過就算,下次應該不會再來。

And for "Le Salon De The ", the high end french tea salon that offers quality bakery products , pastries , simple dishes , or even chocolates . This is one of my favorite place for cakes and tea when I am alone or reading my book for a whole day long . There are total 3 branches in Hong Kong , one in Landmark , one in IFC , and the third one is now open at Elements too ! A more easy proceed for people who live in Kowloon side .

Okay , way back to the menu . Since Ms rabbit went there with a empty stomach , so I decided to order a signature tea set , a salad and a main dish ! A selections of bread are complimentary served before our meal . It offers soft plain bun , hard wheat loaf and mini cheese focaccia . All of them are really stomach - warming and favorable . Cheese focaccia is impressive which is heavenly aromatic with basil and herbs . This is very outstanding  .

Dinners can upgrade the tea to their signature hot chocolate with an extra $45 . Although it 's pricy and there fine selection of tea is already very extensive , but certainly still worth for a try . Hot chocolate served with an almond chocolate crunch and marshmallow , looks extremely stylish on a black platter with red cloth . Almond crunch is greatly chocolatary . Hot chocolate is made of Valohona 66 % , not that sweet yet the chocolate hint lingering on your palate for a very long period. The richness and mellowness blend to a harmonious touch which is very unique .

Fresh tomato salad is the best pick to whet your appetite . It 's light and the milky soft mozzarella is irresistible. Small tomatoes are fresh and plump . The juicy texture match well with the aromatic dressing oil . It looks really delectable with its sharp bright colors !

Pan - seared salmon is my main dish. I suppose to pick the miso one , but the staff recommended this since I want a lighter one . A pleasant presentation with a fresh look . The salmon is about average , a bit overdone , not that smooth and tender , nothing special . But the flavor goes refreshing with the lemongrass emulsion . Side dish
is their signature mash potato . Needless to say , it is impeccable with an extra buttery touch.

Haha . Here's come the favorite ! The high tea set is sightly small and delicate compare to the normal . Looks extremely stylish with their own designed stand . Quite unique .

The upper level is a big surprise ! I don't expect Robuchon's scones are that outstanding . Scones are in two flavors : chocolate and the plain one . Both tastes buttery with a flaky texture . Perfect match with fresh strawberry jam and Devonshire clotted cream . Something deserve special mention is the chocolate one . Very special as scones seldom in a chocolate hint . Thumbs up .

Middle one is sandwich selections . From the left hand side is mini croissant , likable but nothing special . Then is French style black truffle , tastes aromatic with a strong truffle hint , this is delicious . Next is Maine Lobster and mango , equally outstanding , it complement each other perfectly with a refreshing touch . Beside it is vegetarian eggplant , tastes unique light with their special eggplant paste , texture is extra soft . Last one is Smoked salmon with salmon egg , no doubt is still a favor with an expected briny hint .

Bottom level is Robuchon strength . Pastries are up to standard as always . From the left hand side is Raspberry Eclair , which is buttery with a mildly raspberry hint . Eclair is soft but not soggy . Then is Lemon tart , tastes light with a distinctive layers , natural lemon flavor is clear - minded . Center one is Raspberry Custard pieces , this is crunchy with a creamy sensation , delectable .

Next is Macaron ganache , tastes unique under a orangey sensation , the macarons on top is slightly different from normal , not flaky , instead it is more in a glutinous mouthfuls , yet it is still very tempting ! Beside it is Marmalade chocolate , what a biggest chocolate temptation . The bitterness and the mellowness of the chocolate is evidently arousing , it even complex the flavor with a astringent note when it blends with the marmalade content . The whole thing is magnificent. The last one is Homemade chocolate cake , a seductive delicacy with its spongy texture, it still got a potential to satisfy your max even though u are stuffed at that moment !

Service overall is attentive , staffs and waiters are equally friendly with a smiling face .Dinners may feel welcomed . However , the IFC one is not a good place for gatherings or business chat , it 's over expositive since it is a open area , and the area is not spacious at all ,hence the tables are too close and not privative . I highly recommended the one in Elements , it 's very comfortable and stylish with a proper dining interior.

Walked past the other shop at Element on Monday but I was too full from my snacks at the Woobar.  Learned from a friend that there's also a shop in IFC, so I came by to take a look after work As it was pass 7pm, a lot of the pastries are gone from the shelf.  But I managed to see 2 very different looking pastries with only 1 left!  Asked the counter staff what they were, and she said one's flavour is pistachio and raspberry, and the other one is raspberry only.  So I bought both of them home for

I chose to try the rasberry escargot and left the other one for my hubby so I didn't get to try the greenish pastry that looked not too appetiting but I'm sure it tasted good as my hubby seldom said anything is particularly good


The next morning, when I tore off the tape from the paper bag, I could immediately smell the good butter.  I took the time to microwave it for about 15 secs, and it was just plain good.  The pastry was still crispy after heating, and I got to taste the raspberry bits (loads of fibre so it must be healthy
) in between the swirls on the pastry.  I worried that it would be too sweet from the look of it but no, it was just perfect with the sour raspberry paste and the buttery pastry.  And I can't believe it can still taste so good overnight!  Definitely worth trying if it's still selling!

自己一個食lunch. 啱啱係ifc landcrawford 買完化妝品差不多一點... 周圍都多人唸起之前經過記得ifc 開咗間Robuchon, 就過去望吓啦WA… 好靚呀D cake (Sorry唔記得影相)因為啱啱病好,忍住口唔食甜食D sandwich 都靚, 我要咗個Chicken and avocado baguette好有法國風味, 個包外脆內軟, 牛油好香好creamy雞肉好soft, 有胡椒調味, 香但唔辣…. 正!$68 有米芝蓮既享受…

行過IFC,突然甜引發作,二話不說去咗Le Salon de Thé de Joël Robuchon朝拜一下!呢度啲蛋糕出名精緻,令人眼花繚亂!最後選擇了Salted caramel tart 同埋 Lemon tart.Salted caramel tart : 面頭圓碌碌既焦糖醬,成為亮點,甜中帶鹹,香滑非常。上層朱古力慕絲加上鬆化既香酥牛油撻皮,刺激咗我既味蕾,簡直欲罷不能!Lemon tart :  黃色tart 面放了藍紅莓粒,相映成趣!濃郁既檸檬清香,酸甜得宜,絶對水準之作!Le Salon De Thé de Joël Robuchon的甜點實在令人滿意,怪不得有這麼多捧場客!

聖誕氣氛濃厚,節目也編排到水洩不通,IFC 看完電影,接著又是到 Le Salon de Thé de Joël Robuchon 下午茶的時間。下午茶近年已不是女士們的專利,其實每次到外國旅遊,總愛嘆個下午茶。但仔細想想,原來這次居然是在香港的第一次!Le Salon de Thé de Joël Robuchon 出名是精緻又味美的麵包和蛋糕,因此對她的招牌下午茶餐特別有期望。三層高的糕餅終於亮麗登場,除了拍照之外,當然亦不忘欣賞一下各款精美的小點。上層新鮮自家製的鬆餅口感鬆化,口感令人難忘。中層不同賣相的迷你三文治,各有特色,個人最愛用波士頓龍蝦和芒果創作的一款。最後較為令人失望的是擺放在最底層的甜點,想不到貴為餐廳的強項之一,甜點會如此普通,檸檬撻、朱古力杏仁餅、草莓eclair 等通通都沒有為我們留下深刻的印象。飲品加了 $45 改為冬季才有的招牌熱朱古力,熱朱古力用了 72% Valrhona 朱古力炮製,可惜質感未有因此而加倍幼細,相比巴黎老店Ladurée 或 Angelina 的秘製熱朱古力,實在無法相比。

早餐想吃麵包, 經過IFC比較隱蔽的Le Salon De Thé de Joël Robuchon新店, 走去Takeaway, 見選擇不多, 得約5-6種 , 看不出整體水準貼近三星, 可能太早,買了蛋白酥包回公司, 公司沒有爐烘熱, 照食 ...........  吃到香軟口感,  做得不過甜, 牛油味很重, 比同是在IFC另一間賣麵包的要好, 算有交代。

Tuna confit with fresh tomato and taleggio cheese ~~ 我永遠食白麵包,一定要烘底。以前响澳洲時,白麵包永遠都會用嚟整飛碟三文治,學校食嘅亦都係 ham & cheese 飛碟,所以我對這個 toasted sandwich 絕對有一定嘅情義結。就算唔太喜愛係食 tuna,外脆內軟嘅佢,仍然令我覺得好好味。

我始終都係比較鍾意食鹹點,如果要我揀 tea set 內最喜愛嘅鹹點,反而唔係出名嘅牛角包,而係佢嘅 Earl Grey orange scones。微溫嘅 scones 更突出咗佢嘅牛油味,外脆而內鬆化,唔需要再加任何 cream or jam,已經可以好好味。

平時好鍾意周圍搵野食. 適逢友人生日. 大家又只得下午時間得閒. 決定黎尼間試下佢個甚多好評既afternoon tea. $380 + 10% for 2之前睇食評. 話3點開始. 2:30pm已經要黎排定隊, 所以我地當日2:30pm已經準時去到. 不過完全無人排隊. 我地問左waiteress. 好慶幸唔使排隊就可以先入座. 但要3點鐘先有野食. 佢地好好會幫你order 同上左drink先.我order左mocha. 鍾意飲咖啡既我. 認真覺得尼杯咖啡唔單止好有咖啡香. 亦溫和地帶出朱古力味. 無得彈!而朋友order普通咖啡. 評價係. 真係好普通. 哈哈3點鬆D. 開始多人. 而我地個tea終於上啦. 成個presentation都好靚. 喊食同甜食味道各參差不齊.坐到5點到我地就去左行街. 如果再黎. 我會選擇叫杯咖啡加個snack instead of afternoon tea. 試過一次傳說中既afternoon tea. 總算夠了

坐到5點到我地就去左行街. 如果再黎. 我會選擇叫杯咖啡加個snack instead of afternoon tea. 試過一次傳說中既afternoon tea. 總算夠了

最近經常光顧Simplylife,愛上了酥皮製品來到IFC 知道最近在隱蔽處開了新店,決定要試試牛角酥餐廳是露天的,透明玻璃櫃裡放著不少令人垂涎的甜點可惜這天心意已決,外賣一件朱古力牛角酥$20朱古力牛角酥吃上去已感受到豐富的層次雖然牛角酥一早就放涼了,但吃上口仍是很鬆脆朱古力醬夾在牛角酥中央,呈半融狀態,入口味道特別濃整體也很吸引,要是加熱服務的話必定會更美味!

朱古力牛角酥吃上去已感受到豐富的層次
雖然牛角酥一早就放涼了,但吃上口仍是很鬆脆
朱古力醬夾在牛角酥中央,呈半融狀態,入口味道特別濃
整體也很吸引,要是加熱服務的話必定會更美味!

早年在置地Le Salon De Thé de Joël Robuchon總店已幫襯過數次今次得知國金商場開分店,當然不容放過、一向覓食生活中沒有多大朋友的我不緊要,獨來獨往、一個人繞過食晏黃金時段,二時多後絲絲然進駐入場雖則是開放於商場地面外(即不是入舖形式)但派頭依舊紅色亮麗設計風格,貫徹總店作風、還依稀記得上次跟為食姐姐在置地總店afternoon tea之情景,暗裡發笑...餐廳最左面是包點及蛋糕外賣區,賣的食物當然大部份餐廳都有供應只是要加一服務 一人入座再沒有叫上afternoon tea之衝動,因此甜魔繼續上身向動人誘惑之蛋糕小姐進發..首先要上一份咸點,蘆筍煙肉蛋批$35.來醫醫正餐肚子蘆筍以切段形式所以較為大,口感上還是以細粒較好、煙肉咸香適宜配在微帶蛋香之酥批上,整體不算過於濃厚、而芝士味道亦為較薄是一道輕盈版之蛋批哦 這份以白朱古力做外衣,包著紅桑子作餡之蛋糕framboisier$42.味道微酸中帶薄甜,桑子味道來得恰好、不會過於偏酸而白朱古力亦沒有來得霸甜、兩者配搭得宜,暗暗自喜沒有選錯情人 再貪心多一點,要上另一款焦糖朱古力蛋糕$44.焦糖混入了朱古力

首先要上一份咸點,蘆筍煙肉蛋批$35.來醫醫正餐肚子
蘆筍以切段形式所以較為大,口感上還是以細粒較好、煙肉咸香適宜
配在微帶蛋香之酥批上,整體不算過於濃厚、而芝士味道亦為較薄
是一道輕盈版之蛋批哦

這份以白朱古力做外衣,包著紅桑子作餡之蛋糕framboisier$42.
味道微酸中帶薄甜,桑子味道來得恰好、不會過於偏酸
而白朱古力亦沒有來得霸甜、兩者配搭得宜,暗暗自喜沒有選錯情人

再貪心多一點,要上另一款焦糖朱古力蛋糕$44.
焦糖混入了朱古力打做成mousse cake,絕對是入口即溶
細滑軟綿,內餡還包着點兒微小啫喱小粒、帶有少少咬口

抹奶latte$50.是近年在港潮氣大熱主角,在西式餐廳發現
哪又起能會放過? 入口淡薄之抹奶香有別於日式餐廳風格
奶味偏濃,但單薄中清幽之抹奶氣息、又隱約輕輕敲着味蕾
不算醒神,但那份餘悠總掛人由淺入深、是別於日式餐廳的另一種味兒

題外話/補充資料: 雖則不列入於(入舖形式)之餐廳,但那股無形之氣派 有禮之貼心服務,總令人有賓至如歸的感覺、下回一定要約朋友試試其afternoon tea 又或許拉上為食姐姐一同再試? 冥想中。。。。。

在參加活動之前,Chris也為我帶來了quick lunch,是來自Robuchon IFC新店的香梨酥,在此也再說聲謝謝。當時已經吃中午飯了,所以就把它當成接着那天的早餐吧,吃Danish作為早餐,對於習慣了吃麵包的我,也有新意。香梨酥的貌相極好,一件件的香梨排在酥皮上,很工整,梨的表面有微微烤過。我是有用多士爐微微翻熱的,的確,有熱度是更好吃的。很加分的是那用肉眼已看得出 的千層酥皮感覺,而且那入口的多層酥脆感覺也是吃得出來的,曾經聽說過酥皮就是牛油製的,不知道是不是這個原因,整體的油分比想像中多出了一點。另一加分 為是酥皮跟香梨之間的吉士打,香而不膩,香梨的酸度也平衡了整體的甜感。對女生而言,我的建議是可以一同分享的,每人吃一半,既可分享美味,也可有空間放 放別的呢。

Late wake up and then going to have afternoon tea there. Bumped a long queue after 15:00 very quick! It's kinda horrible if you get used to free walk-in as it waited 30 - 45 minutes. Ordered the tea set with around 16 refreshments with a pot of tea or coffee. On average, all are fine but not worth to wait 45 mins. I am rather impressive on berries source scone, black truffle sandwich and chocolate cake. You can try it if same taste. The environment in IFC is better in landmark as here is more sp

The environment in IFC is better in landmark as here is more spacious and brighter. It 's also more convenient on shopping or seeing film after tea.

剛於八月重訪惠比寿的Joel Robuchon,雖比初見面時豔光減淡了不少,但整體水準仍貼近三星,一餐吃了三個多小時,盡興而回。今天經過IFC新店,又令我惦念着其自家出品的出色麵包及酥餅,自然的走到Takeaway Counter買走至愛的Apricot & Pear Danish 回家作早點。因要買回家加工後,才能吃出極致的效果,反而堂食也未達此境界。秘訣是預備吃之前,放入多士爐四分鐘,拿出來待一分鐘才吃,你就會在咬下Danish酥皮時,聽到接近一百層裂開的清脆聲音,牛油味濃郁但不膩,配以酸甜的杏桃或清香的梨片,你會暗問自己是否身在天堂!另有菠蘿及Black Cherry Danish,但都不及這兩款精彩,雖然由Landmark初開時的$15,加至現在的$20,仍值得捧場。
