第一次同朋友去呢個civic square食飯，挑選咗JOIA呢間意大利餐廳。當日都算幾忙，可能因為天氣開始轉涼，坐喺terrace出面都真係幾舒服。我地四個人叫咗兩個appertizer，再各自每人叫咗一個main course，appertizer就選擇咗mussels 同埋 beef carpacio，musels唔係大隻嗰啲，係細細隻但係非常新鮮，beef carpacio配合埋薄切asparagus很鮮味，我自己叫咗個Orecchiette with sausage，pasta煮得個軟硬度非常適中，再配合埋介紹嘅酒，真係非常享受，經理同侍應都十分專業同主動，整個用餐經驗都非常愉快

第一次寫食評， 因為服務太差所以的一定要即刻上嚟寫食評 琴日成班朋友聚舊 之前已經聽過呢間嘢服務差估唔到真係差到咁 ，服務極度極度差， 啲職員係明明見到你但係都扮見唔到行開，落單又落錯哂 雖然嘢食ok+ 味道唔錯 但係唔會想再去食！希望呢一間餐廳嘅老闆見到咁多人寫嘅劣評佢會好好再培訓佢班員工啦！

週末晚飯前在Joia 休息一下。我們坐了室內角位，這裡環境很好，落地玻璃窗，可以看到風景又不怕下雨（今天一號風球）。喜歡戶外也可以，但戶外位是吸煙區，怕煙味可能不太理想。這裡座位也舒適，可是服務卻差劣得很，待應生完全沒反應，遑論有笑容可言，連一般茶餐廳也不如。雖然happy hour draft beer and selected wine 有buy one get one free，但附近有很多選擇，如果想休息一下或happy hour，絕對不是一個好選擇，一定不會再來！

To my surprise, I originally thought everything in Civic square is going to be commercial food - nothing was meant to be fine dinning. Joia really came to my surprise. But allow me to say, anywhere with good food should really evaluate if their services can follow the pace of their food. As good as the food was, the services were worrying. 睇完戲上去飲杯野，有小小雨，又想坐outdoor，所以揀間有傘的。晚上風景唔錯，很有格調。除左有classic cocktail，幾特別仲有Italian cocktail。Stylish的不規則透明盤子。NutsHomemade Truffle rice balls ($88)小小的波波球可以一口咬，充滿松露味，意大利飯很有嚼頭，脆卜卜很香口，係下酒小食的良伴。Fruit punch ($68)色彩漂亮，有Orange、pineapple 和grenadine，調配得唔錯。Bellini peach ($98) 係Italian cocktail，用prosecco混合peach，酒味都幾濃，但係peach味中和返，容易入口，好適合女士飲。Refreshing night

Love their menu even if it is pricey. Management also appears good but the service is very inconsistent. Training obviously is an issue... Took a hospitality industry friend there and got really embarrassed. Dear Joia Team, at your price tag that's not really acceptable.

母親節晚餐全家一起去吃個浪漫燭光晚餐。來到了圓方商場平台上的Joia，很想坐在露天座位，但是又怕天熱蚊子，所以選擇了做裡面。新裝修過，幽暗燈光加上適當的 lightings 使整個餐館的環境很浪漫。星期天晚餐這裡不是很忙，除了外面坐滿了，裡面還是有很多座位的。服務生帶我們三個坐在一個空的區，沒有其他人在我們旁邊，感覺像是包廳了！在擁擠繁忙的香港，這裡環境絕對是舒服的、很難得的。美中不足的是他們的服務員點錯以及漏點了我們要的東西，多多少少影響了我們對這家餐廳的印像。最重要的是，服務生自己本身都不是很了解自己餐牌。我們問她「點這個雞湯給我 3 歲大的女兒喝，會不會有辣味，或是太重的香料味，她說 「 this is made with chicken broth」， 我看得懂menu、menu有寫 Chicken Broth！既然後來補說這個湯不辣，我們就點了。 我們又點了一份Parma Ham Fig Salad， Pizza，and Gnocchi. 服務生上來了一份Salad， 但是並不是我們點的。我們和上菜的人說了，她說電腦紀錄是這個。 我看到幫我們點菜的服務生，跟她說了，她才意識

Dinning with my hubby to celebrate our anniversary. We reserved the table in advance. Staff are friendly and polite with good serving manner. A good place for gathering or dating.

又係時候出動拜訪一下換了新裝後的Joia--我最喜愛的意大利餐廳。餐廳換上了時尚優雅的格調但同時又能保留舊有傳統意大利的氣質，感覺很不錯。它的pizza跟以往一樣非常薄身，焗得相當香脆，也豪不吝嗇地在上面放上惹味濃郁的Parma ham，實在是難得。加上餐廳的品酒師精心地換上了一系列優質的紅酒餐牌去配合不同的食物。高質數新鮮的食材，廚師精緻的烹調技巧，用心製作的紅酒餐牌再加上優雅的環境氣氛，Joia實在是我最喜愛的意大利餐廳選擇，從不令人失望。

We had a dinner in this italian restaurant last night,it was terrible..i told the waitress *medium cooked*food came overcooked..I ordered hot water,never came till i asked for the 3rd time..and server annoyed..instead of me.I asked for a light and fruity wine..servers doesnt know..so much disappointed..definitely will never come back.

If I knew they have revamped, I would not choose this restaurant. The decor is done in bad taste making the place looking cheap. The classic aura is gone. Music bad! Wait staff! Oh... Been waiting for the re opening of this restaurant and it was worthy to wait..An amazing new decoration very good designed areas with comfortable seating and surround, the restaurant looks much bigger than before and is now more functional with defined bar area, easy eating area and fine dining area, really great design.Very professional staff and a really knowledge Sommelier, wonderful good wine list.I had pasta "Strozzapreti" with duck ragu'  and was absolutely stunning, congrats to the chef!!

Airy and pleasant environment with nice, friendly staff and authentic, nice Italian dishes. The great and huge selection of salads are truly delicious. Unlimited dishes of asparagus, artichoke, pumpkin, courgette, aubergine, etc basically make me full even before the main course 😁 prawns, crabs and occasionally oysters make here my favourite place to chill, dine and past time

I come to the Elements Shopping Complex a lot but this is one of the very few times I take the time to check out their civic square up on the terrace (except once before lunch at Madam S'Ate) and I have to say it's a pretty cool experience.Of course, I didn't come all the way here just to see their civic square really. 已經係去年秋天嘅時候而家補返食評晨早好有心咁去到 element 食 brunch我哋揀咗 Joia因為價錢 reasonable室內環境都唔錯落地玻璃勉強都望到出邊嘅噴水池$328 per head如果喜歡飲紅酒白酒香檳嘅可以再加啲錢晨早起身我對酒就冇咩興趣都會包一杯咖啡餐飲Cold cut 唔錯但係我食咗火腿就覺得唔新鮮有少少變味最緊要係一啲都唔凍係暖左嘅火腿唔合格沙律菜唔多選擇但幾新鮮反而我好欣賞長腳蟹蟹肉都鮮甜同埋唔會有好強烈嘅雪藏味感覺龍蝦就麻麻哋啦好可惜我只食咗一round因為遲遲都唔 refill我都冇心機成日留意住出菜但其實感覺都好抵食smoked salmon 顏色鮮艷望落去都幾新鮮食入口就比較鹹Main course 我選擇了 lagsana上枱時候熱辣辣新鮮好味而且碟玻璃碟嘅設計，有style其實淨係前菜同甜品已經食到好飽主菜即刻變咗配角整體上擺碟設計好睇鱸魚肉質好滑兩面煎得香口配上醒胃的醬汁同埋蔬菜絲好味夠晒清新到甜品啦款式都算幾ok多我最鍾意 tiramisu芒果布甸就普通過普通一口小果tart反而唔錯生果只有一盤但係七彩繽紛真係好吸引我最鍾意就係芒果同埋士多
