5大1BB,揀左個聖誕套餐,再加多份意粉,好full好滿足。煙燻豬肉腸配豆豬肉腸好腍好濕潤,帶布少少煙燻香,口感太腍,但係d豆好味,個醬汁煮得很好,豆亦軟身起砂的質感。煙三文魚牛油果沙律煙三文魚肥美油潤,魚脂好香,入口鮮嫩,配完熟牛油果很香滑,沙律新鮮份量多,醬汁開胃清新。意大利巴馬火腿火箭菜薄餅中間的芝士很美味,奶味濃不太咸,水嫩creamy 的芝士,配咸香的巴馬火腿,味道岩岩好,薄餅煙韌。蕃茄芝士通心意粉用新鮮蕃茄整成醬汁,味道唔會太咸,有濃郁蕃茄味,通心意粉更有咬口,加上芝士咸味,變成簡單的美食。紅菜頭蝦意大利飯用紅菜頭汁煮意大利飯,粉紅色好靚,但紅菜頭味唔太特出,意大利飯煮得正宗,有點咬口不會太軟身,反而蝦肉不吸引,像熟了的凍蝦,沒有味道口感也不好。肉眼牛扒配香烤海鮮匯肉眼牛扒五成熟,煎得好靚岩岩好,牛似味道濃郁,又嫩又多肉汁,配燒汁都好好味。香烤海鮮匯有多款燒烤海鮮,有龍蝦、帶子、青口、蜆、大蝦、八爪魚、魚肉.......帶有陣陣燒烤風味,都很爽口彈牙,龍蝦特別彈牙好味,如果有檸檬醬汁更加好。義大利傳統聖誕甜點義大利麵包Panettone,有朱古力及糖漬果皮,有陣陣橘子香,麵包輕盈而紮實,入口鬆化,配埋細滑打至起泡的cream,有淡淡酒香。

圓方商場高人一等,位於三樓平台的意大利餐廳 Joia 同樣走中高檔路線,不過,平日推出的半自助午餐,前菜非常豐富優質,CP值不俗。收費係咁嘅,唔食主菜每位$348,包括主菜每位$368,睇定價就知道重點在哪兒。只是多$20,當然我們食埋主菜啦!大門進店即見自助餐長枱,沙律:8款特式意大利沙律,由海鮮(帶子、蝦、三文魚蓉、吞拿魚醬)、素菜(茄子、菇菌、橄欖、粟米粒、菜)、火腿及意大利粉的不同組合,所有醬汁皆味道豐富但不膩,各式各樣,總有一款合你心意。我最喜歡雜錦海鮮菇菌沙律三文魚肉短意粉及火腿粟少不了DIY 沙律,比較簡單,生菜、車厘茄及醬汁各有兩款。冷盤冷盤方面有多款火腿,配合芝士、無花果及杏脯,水牛芝士、橄欖、各式茄子、煙三文魚。凍海鮮包括大蝦、青口及螺。熱盤竟然有燒肉,肥瘦相間如五花腩,豬皮酥脆如烤乳豬,肉質鬆軟,唔錯呀!甜點水果拼盤色彩繽紛非常矚目,有紅火龍果、百香果、奇異果、桃、蘋果、蜜瓜。旁邊另一碟是西瓜,上層放置了草莓餅撻、朱古力餅撻、意大利芝士蛋糕及 donuts。餐前麵包餐桌上備以麵包、橄欖油及陳醋,自助餐桌上仍可以自行添加,一定唔會唔夠飽。主菜八款選擇,意粉、薄餅、魚與肉,有三款需加費。海鮮意粉 +$78醬汁豐富很Juicy,海鮮融入醬汁中,酸度適中。香煎豬柳肉質鬆軟,配菇菌及薯角。 最後還有免費咖啡茶。佈置時尚,落地玻璃透入陽光,店外有舒適的露天座位,秋冬必很寫意。這個半自助餐只在平日供應。

walk in入到餐廳,叫埋嘢食同飲,開咗氣泡水同无汽水,先至話畀我哋知因為有人一早預訂大餐,所以廚房要預備,問 我哋介唔介意等半個鐘?!另外牛扒都唔係特別平,唔緊要自由市場經濟,但服務就差到癲!千叮萬囑千祈唔好落油鹽,因為病人有需要!前線服務員話好的無問題,但最後端上枱嘅牛扒就鹹到飛起!作為醫生,我非常之擔心喎!唔好話病人,就算正常人都驚食到腎炎喎!!! 令人失望的用餐体验今日踏入这家餐厅,本期待着一场美味的邂逅,却不料遭遇了一场令人遗憾的用餐经历。点餐之初,我们便被告知由于有客人提前预订了大餐,厨房需要时间准备,询问我们是否介意等待半小时。虽然理解餐厅的运营需求,但这样的等待无疑给期待美食的我们带来了一丝焦躁。菜品的价格也让我们略感意外。牛扒的价格并不算特别亲民,虽然市场自由定价无可厚非,但与之形成鲜明对比的是,餐厅的服务质量却让人大跌眼镜。在点餐时,我们再三叮嘱服务员,因有病人的特殊需求,千万不要在食物中添加油盐。前线的服务人员满口答应,表示没有问题。然而,当牛扒端上桌时,那浓郁的咸味简直让人无法下咽。作为医生,我对于这样的食物安全与服务质量深感担忧。过咸的食物不仅对病人来说是一种负担,即使是健康人士长期食用也可能对肾脏等器官造成损害,引发肾炎等疾病,这绝非危言耸听。此次用餐体验,从等待的不耐烦到对食物品质的失望,再到对服务质量的极度不满,让这家餐厅在我们心中的形象大打折扣。我们理解餐厅运营的不易,但也希望餐厅能够更加重视顾客的需求与体验,尤其是在食品安全与服务质量上严格把关。希望餐厅能够反思此次事件,加强员工培训,提升服务水平,为顾客提供更加优质、安心的用餐环境。否则,这样的用餐体验恐怕难以吸引食客再次光临。Today, stepping into this restaurant, we expected a delightful culinary encounter but were met with a regrettable dining experience instead.Upon entering, we were informed that due to a prior booking for a large meal, the kitchen needed time to prepare and asked if we would mind waiting for half an hour. While understanding the operational needs of the restaurant, such a wait undoubtedly added a touch of anxiety to our anticipation for a good meal.The pricing of the dishes also came as a bit of a surprise. The steak was not particularly affordable, and although market-driven pricing is understandable, it starkly contrasted with the poor quality of service we received.When ordering, we repeatedly emphasized to the server that no oil or salt should be added to the food because of a patient's special dietary requirements. The frontline staff assured us that there would be no problem. However, when the steak was served, its overly salty taste made it almost inedible. As a doctor, I am deeply concerned about such food safety and service quality. Excessively salty food is not only a burden on patients but could also pose health risks to even healthy individuals, potentially leading to kidney inflammation over time. This is by no means an exaggeration.From the impatience during the wait to the disappointment with the food quality, and then the extreme dissatisfaction with the service, this dining experience significantly tarnished our perception of the restaurant. We understand the challenges of running a restaurant but also hope that more attention will be paid to customer needs and experiences, especially concerning food safety and service quality. It is hoped that the restaurant reflects on this incident, strengthens employee training, and improves service levels to provide a better and safer dining environment for customers. Otherwise, such dining experiences may deter patrons from returning.

今日2025年3月1號下午1:30, 我和女朋友叫兩個lunch set, 原本諗住很愉快, 但到中途員工換餐具嗰陣時態度極差大力放匙羹落台, 態度極惡劣, 仲要幾個女員工都是一樣(都公道啲講食物質素唔差), 我不會再幫襯, 希望貴公司正視這個問題。 所以我向Joia公司, 極度投訴你哋啲員工態度惡劣!!! 本人從來未試過有咁差嘅體驗。因為本人之前都有幫襯圓方平台的餐廳, 但我估唔到今次有那麼差的體驗, 本人絕對容忍有呢啲咁嘅情況發生, 再次希望貴公司正視這個問題, 我強力投訴你哋公司.

環境優雅舒適。特色沙律 $148特色在整左一片片好薄嘅紅菜頭,頗有新意。本身唔鐘意紅菜頭,但係因為佢整得好薄薄一片,個口感幾薄脆新奇,撈埋一齊食又幾好。整體係唔錯嘅。西西里紅蝦意粉配辣車厘茄醬 呢個好普通,味道係一般嘅茄汁底意粉。完全唔係預期中紅蝦意粉嗰種好蝦膏味又鮮甜嘅味道。不過呢個價錢,又唔可以期望係好高質質嘅紅蝦意粉嘅味道。至於隻蝦就燒得幾香嘅,但就係虎蝦而唔係紅蝦。佢如果改返個名叫大蝦意粉會符合預期多少少。意式雜菌燴飯 $208符合預期嘅味道,幾有菇味,質地creamy。飯嘅質地都唔錯。整體OK。👌🏼馬鈴薯芝士薄餅 $148見出邊好少有得食薯仔pizza,就貪得意點咗。薯仔切得好薄。但係味道又冇話好驚喜,正正常常。芝士好充足。法國燒春雞:呢隻燒雞反而整得幾出色,皮好脆,肉都有香味。以呢個價錢嚟講,水準唔錯。不過係個size就細啲。
