Had dinner here on a Friday night. Restaurant was half empty which should’ve been a clear signal. The waitress was not interested in any polite service at all and was black faced throughout and we weren’t even a needy table. The food was already only average but coupled with the poor service is enough for me to write a review to save people’s time from walking into this restaurant. Let’s hope Elements will replace this tenant with something decent.

大家有心理準備， 你諗住圓方餐廳點都算見得下人，有啲交代， 呢間一定會好似宜家政府咁令你非常失望。母親節諗住食餐有體面啲既飯，估唔到衰過食金鳳1，服務一般，餐廳以外籍人士為主，冇歧視成份，不過非常懶散，比得咁既價錢，食完想干干淨淨傾下計，執枱執碟都要稻香咁叫佢埋黎2，食物可以用難食形容，牛扒，五成熟，不過係乾身，一啲都唔juicy, 簡單講，衰過金鳳，而且一大條粗筋，唔知以為叫左牛筋腩但西式食法3，媽媽食煎魚，冇問佢意見，不過比左碟上既配菜比我（二條菜）但係苦澀味極濃4，蜆肉意粉，意粉質地算唔錯，不過我諗佢除左鹽同白酒就冇其他調味5，意大利飯，淡淡的，不願致評最後一句，各人口味不一樣，你中意食清淡，佢係唔錯既選擇，但係如果你收酒店價錢，咁既服務同質數，真係攞零分，眼見仲有好多遊客幫襯， 希望唔好影響香港美食天堂既口碑。

同朋友喺element食完野，約咗其他friend想靜靜地傾下計，朋友就提議上圓方頂層飲杯野。上到去見依間有户外枱同火爐，暖暖地又有feel，就揀咗依間。旁邊D客人都係外國人多，都相對比較靜，唯一一個唔好處就係有人食煙。朋友介紹我飲D易入口D嘅，最後叫咗杯甜甜地嘅香檳，都幾易入口，有D汽不停咁浮上來。我朋友就叫咗杯紅酒，評價都唔錯。見到D食物都好似幾好味，不過因為真係好飽，就無叫到D食物，不過下次有機會可以試下！

ㄧ年多前與舊同事聚舊, 選了圓方的另ㄧ西餐廳, 覺得食物, 環境及價錢都不錯, ㄧ直都想再去。 好開心另ㄧ朋友上星期約lunch, 剛好就訂了圓方的Joia, 因要就她在圓方裏吃。我們ㄧ共三人, 大家都選了weekend set menu, 亦選了seabass 做主菜。 Buffet 價錢不平宜, 冇叫酒加ㄧ後要$400 ㄧ個人。 但 buffet salad 或湯, buffet desert and coffee 全包。 食salad 前還端來ㄧ碟很吸引的麵包。Buffet table 淋瑯滿目, 所有的salad 都很新鮮。 配有不同味道的 ham 及大大隻的蝦及龍蝦可選擇, 味道都不錯。 我們每人至少食了ㄧ隻龍蝦, 配上 ㄧ大碟的salad, 已飽了七八成。 因 salad table 實在太吸引了, 竟然食個不停而忘記了拍照。跟住叫起的主菜 seabass 是香煎的, 煮得剛剛好, 味道, 份量及賣相都不錯。甜品 table 也是很豐富, 但因為已很飽了, 只選了朋友話最正的tiramisu 吃, 也是真的不錯。當天人不多, 附近的枱都冇人, 所以傾計都很清静

尖沙咀其實都有好幾間好好食嘅意大利菜，今晚去呢間Joia 都去幫襯過好幾次,鍾意嗰度環境幾relax舒服😙，响Elements上面平台嗰個位置～而且啲食物質素都真係幾好😋（不過嗰度啲服務就麻麻哋）今晚starters叫左兩個：Octopus carpaccio🐙: 八爪魚簿片配埋佢嘅醬汁好鮮味，而且一d都唔會un～😋Burrata from puglia with Parma coppa ham🧀:最鍾意食水牛芝士嘅我🤩，每次去親一間意大利餐廳都一定會試，而呢度個水牛芝士質素絕對算高🤤，入邊好creamy好香奶味，呢度特別在唔係配番茄食而係配coppa ham,不過本身我對呢隻ham就一般般，始終都係鍾意配番茄多啲🍅～😬Main course方面，之前試過佢呢度嘅羊架整得好好食🤤，今次就試咗個牛柳同pasta~😬Beef fillet🍗: 個牛柳味道都算唔錯，口感比較林，如果牛味可以濃翻啲就更好！反而個side既焗薯塊就好好味有少少黑松露味！😋不過整體上我都係覺得個羊架最出色～😬🤔Hand made ravioli of milk fed lamb🍝: 呢個意大利雲吞做得非常唔錯，每一

It is always so troubling to find a nice restaurant to do romantic dinners. Luckily, I managed to find Joia, a fine-dining restaurant in Civic Square that served wonderful Italian dishes and had an amazing decor. 住鄉下嘅我，山長水遠專登揸車去食呢間餐廳試下，點知食到一肚氣。話說我哋叫左幾碟野，其中一碟係羊肉雲吞(Lamb Ravioli),點知侍應落錯咗, 送咗第二碟黎，但由於兩碟嘢個樣其實都好似，我哋食咗幾嚿發現冇羊肉，於是同經理講， 佢見我哋已經食咗黎錯嗰碟，居然白眼我地，然後話，咁仲使唔使換吖， 個樣好晦氣 、好唔願意、好似我哋呃咗佢原先黎錯嗰碟咁嘅樣。 大佬呀， 兩碟嘢個樣咁似，燈光又昏暗 ，食咗幾啖先知黎錯係好正常，仲有佢本身嗰啲份量少得可憐，食咗幾啖就好似成碟食完咁…… 搞到我哋好似食咗好多咁……之後喺佢 晦氣 嘅情況之下，終於都換返碟羊肉雲吞畀我哋。 好喇戲肉嚟喇， 經理放低咗碟羊肉雲吞之後， 佢居然話你下次落單，要讀清楚係ravioli(雲吞),否則侍應會落錯, 我哋話我哋已經指住個餐牌, 話要羊(lamb)呢個㗎喇喎 , 心諗指住餐牌講keywords 好正常吧,正常人點菜都唔會講complete sentence 啩，你估返學咩 , 況且成版pasta都只係得一碟有羊！點知個經理繼續駁嘴 ，堅持話我哋下次要講番話要ravioli, 如果唔係侍應可能會落錯 。 然後我哋搭

we ordered a pasta, a pizza and a dessert.clam linguini in white wine sauce: actually i dunno what my fd ordered.  haha. the plate was full of clams! yummy! linguini was al dente. as for the sauce i bet it's white wine wine / cream sauce. there wasn't much sauce. i prefer more. anyway. it tasted good.parma ham pizza:quite disappointed as i expected a thin crust. but it turned out to be a thick crust like the american ones (not as thick as pizza hut of coz). the crust was chewy though. not bad. t

Was craving for some Italian food the other day. So my wife and I decided to find a decent Italian restaurant from Openrice. Joia’s rating isn’t bad, so we decided to come here for lunch on a Sat. It was a sunny day so the restaurant was pretty full (around 13:00). We waited for about 15 mins in line. 表妹介紹話佢好多意大利客都鍾意嚟嘅間，所以今日陪一班法國返嚟的親戚試下。一開始係 openrice 見到好多評語說服務差，都有啲驚。去到又冇想像中差嘅，不過一定要講流利英文或者意大利文囉😅 老闆同夥記都好有姿態， 如果佢覺得已經答完你問題，佢就會即刻轉身走，唔會諗你仲會唔會有嘢想問🤔初初睇餐牌覺得好貴，main course 差唔多都要 2xx, 3xx後尾發覺佢個 main couse + 頭盤半自助 buffet 好抵食 328+10%呢間餐廳幾好，喎唔需要我哋全枱人一齊加錢食半頭盤自助 buffet， 部份人只叫 main course 都可以， 啱曬我哋呢啲有老有嫩有壯😄食物一流呀，正!下次有紀念日要慶祝，一定會嚟 encore 😋🤗

I was here for a team lunch and there was 7 of us,.. It wasn’t that busy but for a place this size we didn’t see much waiters/waitresses. It took us awhile to order our food and drinks,.. the waitress gave a bad attitude as if she didn’t want to be there.The food itself was ok but stay away from whatever they call a “Risotto”,.. looks like melted wet cheese.. And the price was not worth it.

已經幫襯咗Joia好多年，貪佢泊車容易夠方便，地方寛敞，帶埋bb去都冇問題。可惜近年佢越做越差，以後唔會再去啦。見佢舖位擴充咗，以為做得更好啦，點知食物質素每況愈下，Sunday brunch海鮮品種越來越少，而家只得大蝦一款，仲要唔新鮮，得返一隻甩頭蝦都冇人refill。沙律菜唔fresh，一睇就知擺咗好耐。最差係服務，其中一名肥肥地嘅外籍女侍應長期黑面兼態度差，10問9唔應。好失望，以後唔會再去。

Terrible Service....很少寫食評，只是這邊的服務水準，實在令人難以接受。🔹員工服務態度十分差，堆在一起大聲聊天不特止，還互相推撞。🔹客人需要落order，竟然還可以繼續推撞一番後，才搖恍著身體一臉意猶未盡的過來。🔹整餐下來，均沒有主動接近的招呼及服務。🔹查詢，落單，點餐飲，加水，結帳……一律無視，看到扮看不到。🔹不止沒笑容，也沒禮貌收費屬中高，服務卻是下下也不如。可怕的經驗，不可能再來。

Having dined at Joia for dinner earlier this year I was underwhelmed by the food, and the price seemed high. I decided to give the restaurant another try, however the 2nd visit was far worse. Close to USD150 for a mediocre 2 person set lunch with a couple of drinks, and the worst service I had experienced for a long time.
