Always skeptical about fusion food but holygaw does a nice job in combing Italian and Filipino cuisines together. I especially like the chick cauliflower rice dish. They put a lot of garlic in the cauliflower rice, which is heaven for someone who just loves garlic. The avocado ice cream sandwich is also nice. The ice cream is freshly made. But I think maybe they can deep fried the bun to give a crispy texture to match with the ice cream. Overall , quite happy with the dishes

Ordered takeaway crusty “gumbas” menu shows 98hkd on openrice. Does not indicate different for public holiday which is 218hkd.. and did not inform customer the price when ordering.. Come on.. WHAT RESTAURANT CHARGES THE SAME DISH FOR MORE THAN DOUBLE and so misleading!!!just want to warn anyone who was considering going there in the weekend, save your 218hkd and go elsewhere, I think there is SO MUCH other BETTER restaurants out there for takeaway/ dining for this price.. I visited for lunch with family. Interior is nice and cozy, the service was above average. Food was served at the right time, 5-10 mins. The meatballs were amazing, they were soft and tasty. I like that the main dish came with cauliflower rice, very good alternative for plain rice. The Salpicao was a bit too salty for me, the texture was good though. Gaw’s Carbonara, unique and it’s actually salty. Meatball Bolognese, again the meatballs were delicious, but pasta was a bit bland.Ice cream sandwi

I visited for lunch with family. Interior is nice and cozy, the service was above average.

The Salpicao was a bit too salty for me, the texture was good though. Gaw’s Carbonara, unique and it’s actually salty. Meatball Bolognese, again the meatballs were delicious, but pasta was a bit bland.

Ice cream sandwich, came in two flavors, avocado and ube, it was ok, and we liked the ube better.

Overall, it’s a bit overpriced and perhaps overrated, though I think it’s still worth the try.

依間餐廳可以好肯定同大家講, 一定一定冇下次! 我地一行幾個月, 見個門口整得幾靚, 入面裝修都靚既, 好有文青風! 咁就比佢個外表呃左啦! 見唔洗等位咪諗住入去試下啦其實望住個餐牌果陣都覺得唔係好岩食架啦, 一黎又貴, 仲又冇跟餐飲既。又廢事入到黎走左去, 求其叫左個 piggy crispy pork saute。一心以為好似吉烈豬排咁啦, 點知D豬排係一粒粒撈埋落個醬到既, 真係見到都已經唔係好開胃。跟住食落口, D醬好似係用左豬潤整出黎既! 嘩!! 真係不太接受到。然後個底唔係飯黎既, 係用椰菜花再溝好多既蒜蓉。我真係食左幾淡就放棄左啦!又冇餐飲, 又唔好食啦, 又要加一啦 呢個飯已經要$97啦! 所以唔建議大家去試的

見到呢間餐廳上網好多好評就黎試吓。我哋四個人嚟,已經早左個幾星期book,佢俾咗張廁所旁邊嘅二人枱我哋坐,我哋見到門口明明有四個人可以好舒服咁坐四人枱,四個人坐二人枱啲野食都無位擺。一路食我頭頂條水管係咁滴水落我個頭度,加上坐得好迫舒適程度直頭係零。我朋友去咗佢餐廳個廁所話覺得好污糟。舖頭有位外籍人士的女侍應,佢成日好似發緊夢咁,我哋叫佢俾個drink Menu佢就俾個嘢食餐牌我哋睇。上菜嘅時候嗌左四件雪糕佢又比六件我哋,將隔離枱點嘅菜都擺埋過嚟,見到廚房入邊有個高大嘅男士應該係老闆黑晒面。食物質素方面中規中矩,最好食係個牛扒飯,依家牛肉質感鬆軟真的不錯,佢配嘅飯感覺上應該係蒜頭加菜。成餐飯最好食係個雪糕甜品。Carbonara 我哋四個都覺得好奇怪可能因為係fusion菜啦我哋唔係太喜歡。價錢方面合理不過舖頭淨係收現金或者PayMe。如果會再返嚟食只係會食個雪糕甜品,同埋唔可以超過兩個人嚟如果唔係會坐得好辛苦。

My friend came to dine with us so we went to this special restaurant located at Swatow Street. We ordered and shared 2 dishes: Gaw’s Carbonara and Moo ‘Salpicao’. The "Carbonara" was definitely not like the traditional one you and I tasted. The sauce  tasted amazingly like like  goose's liver and the pasta was just al dente. The crispy pork made this dish a 5-star one. Moo ‘Salpicao’ was made of Cauliflower but looked like rice. It's my first time to try "cauliflower rice" and it surprised me. T

Moo ‘Salpicao’ was made of Cauliflower but looked like rice. It's my first time to try "cauliflower rice" and it surprised me. This dish could get 5 stars if the tenderloin could go rare or medium rare instead of medium.

可能係落左唔同香料嘅緣故 例如係胭脂樹紅
所以唔會只有花生嘅味道 層次上比較豐富😼
好有鹹香味 但因為我太過愛食花生醬😭😭

個人最鍾意食佢個茄子 係先輕煎過唔係就咁擺係到
粟米仔都好爽脆😳豆腐就外皮微微脆內軟綿綿
呢個咁下飯嘅醬料 今次就唔係配白飯🍚
係配而家好興嘅椰菜花飯 同樣都好夾👍🏻

比起食白飯我仲更加鍾意食椰菜花飯😗
感覺上會輕盈啲 卡路里同醣份仲低好多🤤

整體而言對我來講 其實係第一次呢種FUSION菜😂
感覺好有當地特色 而且都岩我口味👍🏻👍🏻
不過好似係平日食會平啲👉🏻👈🏻
我長期糧尾就覺得有啲貴🙈係我自己個人問題😂
而呢個餐落左單之後都等左大約20-25分鐘
不過換來嘅都係滿足嘅感覺🤤我實在係太愛花生了

我見好多人都叫左呢個食 又好似好吸引咁😳

此店位於灣仔汕頭街mansion lot的舊鋪位,外觀走簡約文青風,原來是間菲律賓Fusion餐廳。招牌MOO ‘Salpicao’ (午市價$118):一般椰菜花飯都較為清淡,這個加入蒜蓉爆炒,變得非常惹味,而且美國牛柳鮮嫩多汁,一口牛一口飯,爽!比較可惜的是沒有咖啡供應,未能完全滿足coffeelover的欲望。

Look at this color! The pandan bread was lightly roasted for a thin layer of crisp, and the texture goes so well with the Filipino ube icecream. Pistachios sprinkled on top added extra crunchiness. A perfect roundup for dinner with this popular dish.

食完個主菜後都飽了,想試好多人都讚好嘅雪糕三文治都冇機會😫唯有等下次啦。
