After many visits, I have learned my lesson well. The only meat that I really like at this place is the tenderloin. It is always so tender and juicy and you can't go wrong with it. I have tried other things such as the minced meat (aka burger), but that is just as good as what you could get at Burger King or even McDonald's and the sausages are good, but not as good as the tenderloin. 這天來 tea break，點了latte, cappuccino 同 bread & butter pudding. 先講店舖裝修，它樓面十分高，已經令人有舒適的感覺。另外，外牆全部用落地玻璃，閒適的感覺再加分。咖啡味道不俗，$30一杯還有朱古力送。唯一是咖啡並非十分熱。Bread & pudding有口感，要盛讚的是點綴的raspberry 十分十分好味。

Heard a lot of positive things about this place. So went for coffee today. Since it’s hot outside we ordered iced coffee and it couldn’t have been the worst cold coffee. They just gave us iced black coffee with no sugar or milk or whipped cream. It was too strong and I have just had a high caffeine dose. 講左牛肉6成熟，結果上菜係黑炆炆，全熟，仲有燶左，黑色一舊舊，薯角唔熱唔脆，稔晒，一d水準都無，難食同左侍應講，好無奈，呢間唔係西餐廳，係bbq燒肉，但係好多外國人幫襯，可能係酒店對面，又遊客吧！咁既價錢一d都唔值，無下次！

Eating here by the window was perfect. There was a candle on the table and I watched the traffic and passerby as I had dinner with a friend. The service was very friendly and extremely attentive. They showed me the meat before they cooked it and gave me freshly shaved horseradish when I asked for horseradish sauce. 話說朋友聚會通常都係香港島，因為要就有細細佬嘅朋友仔，住喺西營盤嘅朋友就話不如去呢間試吓。其實我哋研究左個餐牌好耐都唔知道點樣叫好，到最後就決定唔好煩，幫襯佢哋＄300牛扒組合，唯一缺點係一揀咗呢個餐就每一個人都要叫呢個餐，連細路仔都要叫，原本我哋有啲唔高興，換句話來講想試其他嘢都是唔到，但係估唔到呢個咁懶嘅決定換來意外驚喜。牛扒實在太好食，叫咗呢一個餐，佢就會切唔同嘅部位俾你，簡單啲講你只需要揀幾多成熟，同埋配菜，因為我哋太多人嘅關係，上到嚟嘅牛扒份量多到嚇死人，重點係除咗牛扒，原來呢個餐仲飽左腸同埋羊扒，雞串燒，配菜方面佢就將有嘅嘢都比我地，今日分別有薯蓉，甜椒，同埋粟米蓉。根本就冇可能食得晒！當然我覺得如果兩個人的份量就未必會咁多，人多嘅話肉嘅份量加加埋埋就真係會太多。牛扒味道相當好，佢每1分會比三個部位你，每一個部份都烤得啱啱好，調味係用最簡單嘅鹽，上枱陪左芥末。所以我都食咗好多。以呢個價錢來講，加上餐廳嘅環境，其實我覺得都算抵。

The beef and homemade sausage are so good here that for dessert we just get some more sausage and that satisfies the palate. Service here is pretty much the same as at the Happy Valley location. It is slow and confusing at times, but the soft, tender and juicy steak is worth the visit. Very nice environment but the service is not good. A super strange lady boy waiter told clients waiting outside to leave by saying 45min wait is necessary then there were plenty tables available soon and we got seat in 5 min guided by nice HK waiter. After we seated, we were still seeing the lady boy trying to tell other clients that there is no seat while there are table available next to us! The food is good with good volume.

I order the medium rare rib eye and i love it the most - super juicy, best testure and good smell of charcoal. The best time you come here should be in the afternoon that u can have your meal under lovely sunshine. Dont miss the chance to buy fresh oversea vegetables and a bottle of wine thereflower

點了9樣野只花了$570實在難以想像平時去city xx 買2⃣️塊扒都已經$3xx呢度重煮埋，你話幾多成熟就煮幾多員工服務態度一流，重有笑容以呢個價錢絕對無可能實在驚喜連連食物唔駛講，好味到不停加野食最後連咖啡都飲埋對我呢個甘喜歡牛的人來說日日都想去平過自己屋企煮

Overall the food is good with the reasonable price. We choose the meat from the counter and then tell the chef how we would like to be cooked. The steaks are nice but the service isn’t that good at all!!!The service quality really need to be improved!

Newly opened in Sai Ying Pun, Feather & Bone is a steak house that allows you to pick up the meat you want from their in-house groceries, and ask the chef to make it your way. However, we only tried a la carte this time, in which the food was just fair. So I might as well visit again for the Butcher's Selection.We ordered two small plates to start with. 印象中Feather & Bone這個名是在跑馬地電車總站傍的一間有裝修得有品味的西式grocery store見到，當時沒有時間入內逛逛，但印象是深刻的。直至上星期有朋友提議到這間位於西環的餐廳食扒，我立刻舉手贊成。雖然下午是有提供set lunch,但一心是來食扒，所以就決定在butcher counter選擇兩款牛扒分享。選擇喜愛的扒及部位後，butcher會提議每個部位最佳烹成度給客人。再選擇side dish, 我個人極力推介配handcut fries, very crispy.今天我們選擇了澳洲的 ribeye and hanger steak. 不知道這裹只是提供澳洲肉類或是每天貨源有不同，但今天全個counter 都是澳洲扒，本來有少許失望，但品嚐後，失望度是0，好食程度無懈可擊！Hanger steak是我第一次品嚐，牛味濃但一點“牛騷”味也沒有，這個部份沒有脂肪，但一點也不乾或難咬開，可以話係tender 添，因butcher提議hanger steak 最佳是medium rare熟度，廚師亦都做到其專業的判段， Perfect outcome!另一份是Ribe
