又去staycation，臨走之前點都要去一去呢間餐廳回味一下。點完賽，就會有人送蝦餅過嚟咬住傾住計等，蝦餅脆卜卜之餘，仲有兩款醬，仲可以係咁encore 今次等咗一陣，呢個黑毛豬包菜真係冇得彈，舊豬肉燒到啱啱好，點完醬再夾多兩塊蒜，在搭佢青瓜生菜紫蘇葉。。。擺落口真係十級滿足

1. Mentioned it was gonna be a birthday dinner when we made the reservation, but we got nothing special in the end,??? not even a "happy birthday" on the cake.2. Two-day staycation at Hyatt Centric and the package includes a dinner at the Cruise. The restaurant atmosphere is chill and relaxing. The food is excellent (especially the Lion City Prawns and the dessert). The service was excellent too! Sayed is a funny guy which made me and my husband enjoyed the dinner much ;)

話說最近見客，就搵好多坐得舒服嘅餐廳，經朋友介紹就去依間試下，一上到去就覺得好高貴，一大塊玻璃，望出去好開揚。佢啲食lunch唔算好貴，嘢食質素好高，不論食物同埋環境我都覺得好適合見客。

今日黎到22樓空中餐廳慶祝生日座位比下面自助餐闊落，燈光都較暗見到周圍啲人好多都係黎食staycation dinner set 我地叫左FEED ME set(同佢地有小小唔同既)$440/1位，酒店晚餐黎講算好平下面依個係蝦片，送既，枱枱都有油甘魚刺身幾好生蠔正常野椒鹽魷魚🦑推薦，好脆好食豬腩肉生菜包，個人黎講唔係好鍾意食肥肉，所以覺得太油曳曳馬文沙，牛肉好林幾好食烤餅望落去有啲過火，但食落又吾覺，幾脆口只係賣相不太好炒飯冇咩特別最後個甜品好好食😋免費加咗個生日牌題外話：生日酒店會送張即影即有員工都好主動同我哋影相

這是第二次來 staycation 的晚餐，水準仍令我滿意。頭盆是放了三文魚子的生蠔，新鮮美味；滿意！跟著是鰤魚片刺身，伴以青檸汁，用鮮花裝飾，酸酸的，是一個好的開胃菜。沙爹串是另一個開胃菜，燒得剛好，肉嫩又有汁，又要給一個讚。主菜加錢要了和牛面頰肉，及跟餐的 Singaporean style 的 king prawns 。牛面頰入口即溶，茄汁大蝦酸酸甜甜，本來沒有打算食飯的，也為了這兩個主菜食了不少。已經很飽了，以為吃不下的甜品也食了大部分。朱古力舖面的朱古力脆片，朱古力脆皮的雪糕，有誰不愛？在美麗的維港夜景下，伴以葡萄汽酒，這是第二次來了，我們對這裏的晚餐仍然非常滿意。

因為屋企人生日，諗住高高興興book 間房食個生日飯，所以諗到嚟呢度食，因為之前食過，環境又靚，食物又可以，所一行10人決定係星期日嚟呢度食。不過如果星期日book房，最低消費要$5000，同埋要比deposit。間房其實好正，有privacy ，服務都唔差。我哋點咗2個海鮮拼盤，魚生，生菜豬腩片，馬沙文牛臉，煎十隻老虎蝦，仲有開咗三支酒。其實食物質素幾好，每個人都食得津津有味，最尾我哋都有order左一個朱古力蛋糕。點知食完之後個晚，各位原來都返到屋企之後肚痾。其實之前同我老公食過3次，佢2次都有痾，我就冇事，所以冇為意。不過經過今次真係冇下次啦！

今晚我地四大美人又食飯，雖然依間餐廳遠咗少少，但係勝在有氣氛又有維港景+good service ，推介豬手肉好腍，但個醬有D cover再隻豬手餐廳好細心提供圍裙，手套，夾子同剪刀俾你拆龍蝦，不過龍蝦殼非常硬，我哋拆到一半已經好累，放棄咗隻龍蝦（如果師傅可以pop醉D就好了)龍蝦肉未算好辣，但個sauce 真係幾辣，椰奶味甚重，食完個胃有少少唔舒服XO醬配椰菜花，非常野味牛牛入口即溶，好出色（最好配埋啲配菜一齊食）

Staycation package包埋呢間餐廳嘅晚餐，之前都唔知原來呢度有間咁靚嘅海景餐廳。餐廳以亞洲菜為主，staycation餐牌好豐富有兩個頭盤、一個小食、兩個主菜同甜品，仲包括一枝餐酒或氣泡酒。時令即開生蠔係法國生蠔，雖然唔算大隻，但蠔肚脹卜卜都算肥美，食落鮮甜creamy三文魚子令口感同味道更豐富。以柚子酸汁代替平時嘅檸檬汁，同生蠔好夾又開胃油甘魚刺身以食用花同香草裝飾，賣相好靚。油甘魚刺身新鮮，青色嘅醬汁係香草青檸汁，食落酸酸地帶少少辣味。炸蝦片炸得酥脆，有三種醬汁可以蘸嚟食。三款之中我最鍾意蝦米辣椒醬，非常惹味食完蝦片侍應有主動問需唔需要re-fill，我哋見咁多嘢食，所以都無再re-fill。沙嗲雞肉串燒用上走地雞肉，燒嘅火喉掌握得啱啱好，表面微燶內裡肉質嫩滑。沙嗲醬香濃花生味，少少甜少少辣我哋都麻麻地豬手，所以主菜加錢upgrade做咖喱和牛臉頰。泰式嘅馬沙文咖喱甜中帶辣，香濃咖喱同椰奶味和牛臉頰雖然外表普通，但牛肉味濃而且炆到好腍，用匙羹都可以輕易切開另外有一份烤餅配咖喱，自家製嘅烤餅非常酥脆而且唔油膩蘸咖喱汁食好正另一個主菜係獅城大蝦，大蝦有兩隻，蝦肉爽口彈牙，

Looking for a good place with views on island east side and this new restaurant in the new hotel satisfies. Views are amazing during the lunch time we went. Nights should be good too.
